The Nelson Lofts - Unit 4 (2 BR)

Excellent location to park the car and enjoy downtown

We had a great time at The Nelson Lofts. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and easy to settle in to. It's a safe and fun environment down by the river in Davenport. Tim was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Davenport.

The space was very open, quiet and welcoming. The perfect place for a crafting girls weekend!

Had a great stay in Tim’s loft! Had everything we needed - plus (my hot buttons!) - a really comfy bed / nice linens / very clean bathroom. Location has TONS of cute bars / restaurants to walk to as well, plus there was parking included. We did have a tv issue (burned out Roku) but Tim sent someone to fix it really quickly. Would highly recommend!

This was great for an overnight stay for myself and a friend. Tim was super easy to work with through booking and check out. It is located in an area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The parking is sparse but the alternatives provided were easy to access and only a block from the loft

Wonderful stay. Easy check in, seamless communication w/ host and a prime location downtown Davenport. We had one of the kids forget a pair of air pods and the host was more than willing to help us try to retrieve them. 10/10 will stay here again.

We came for a wedding at the River Center. Was within walking distance. The Farmers Market was wonderful as well. And our son said the Last Picture House is awesome (next door). It was a really nice unit, very clean and beautifully decorated. Would love to come back again.

Loved the loft apartment. Easy check in, great location, & comfy beds. Also, no cleaning to do when checking out. Will definitely stay here again!

This is located in a really nice downtown area with all the eateries, breakfast, coffee, entertainment, establishments, located within walking distance.

Comfy and convenient to restaurants and attractions downtown. Loved that we were close to the Mississippi and could easily get on the trails.

Our stay at the lofts was fantastic! The space was great, easy to get in and out, and the location was fantastic!

Enjoyed our weekend in Davenport and this was a great option for a 2 bedroom stay. Convenient, easy check in, close to dining options and walkable to take strolls up and down the river.

Close to lots of places to eat and easy to get to lots of places. Great host and clean quiet place to stay!

My partner and I are traveling across the country and needed a convenient place to stay. This is a great area! It is surrounded by many places to eat and it is right along the river. Communication was awesome! We had a couple of questions about our stay and Tim was able to help us out almost immediately upon request. The unit was very clean and spacious. We’d stay here again 100%!

Nice view, nice property, and nice host.

Tim was very responsive to various issues we had like needing another chair or where to park. It is very dark though so bring a night light. Lots of things to walk to. Noise no problem.
