Newly renovated, spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath located in downtown Davenport`s historic Motor Row district on East 2nd St. Amazing in-unit views and even better river views from the rooftop patio located on the 3rd floor (no elevator access to the patio).

This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totallyunique experience.

Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.

Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.

Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they`re too noisy.

Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there`s evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.

Washer and dryer are coin operated, and located in the laundry room on the main hallway.

Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!

    Great location close to dining, bars, and breweries. Nice walking paths along the river are easily accessible from this location.

    Absolutely awesome! So comfortable and unexpectedly quiet. I loved the location, as well. Initially we thought parking would be a problem, but were easily able to find parking on the street. Don’t miss this gem!

    Communication was good, the location was nice... However, the train horns did keep us awake at night, and the music from the bar downstairs was played very loud during the evening hours. We feel the loft had everything needed to make for a weekend stay.

    Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication.

    Location was terrific. We stayed weekdays river views rooftop patio was fun when weather cooperated. Loved ability to catch a cool breeze and enjoy river view. Loft had everything we needed. There are some trains at nite as others noted. Ear plugs provided but we didn’t use as we like trains! Tim was terrific quickly responded to inquiries with spot on recommendations. We enjoy smaller towns and quad cities did not disappoint. Also parking right by building Thanks Tim for a wonderful stay. Karen

    All was very thought out but would suggest maybe upgrading the bathroom with grab bars in the tub area. Especially since all of us ar in our sixties and up. All in all we all we had a great time. Thank you! Linda and Roger Akers

    Love this appt! The only thing i would change is the horn from the train! It wasn't too bad. Otherwise great building, location, and beautiful views! Definitely would stay here again!

    My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to run the Bix. Location was absolutely perfect. We felt safe parking g our Corvette beside the building and were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The building felt very safe and secure. The co do itself was so clean and nicely furnished. Very quirky, fun space. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio in the afternoon. Excellent restaurant downstairs. The host responded immediately to messages and gave clear instruction. We absolutely will try to book this place next time we are in the QC. Highly recommend!

    Cool, industrial apartment. The exposed brick and open ceiling makes this place really unique. Parking was a little iffy, although it being a downtown property, we were still able to find parking, even if it wasn’t in the designated area. Lots of cool bars and a few restaraunts all right there in walking distance. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!
