Everything we could possibly need/want was provided! Really cute and comfortable place. Bed is a little too high - was hard getting in/out of it. Disappointing there's no window to open except for the bathroom, but not a deal breaker.

We hit the jackpot renting this apartment! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet with everything a couple would need for their stay! The owners, Mark and Dee, were lovely! They met us at check in to provide a brief tour and overview and to answer any questions that we had. I can't say enough about how wonderful this apartment was for our stay and how kind and accommodating Mark and Dee were. Short driving distance to Jim Thorpe, which is why we were there, but away from the crowds for some much needed peace, quiet and comfort. The sunsets, oh my goodness, they were fabulous from the back deck! Thank you, Mark and Dee, for sharing your awesome apartment with us! We had a wonderful week and when we return to the Jim Thorpe area we will most definitely stay at the Serenity Suite again! We highly recommend two places to eat. Breakfast: East Mauch Chunk Eatery - only a couple of blocks away, excellent breakfast and extremely reasonable! Dinner: Trattoria - short drive with excellent food, reasonably priced!

This is a great apartment on the quiet side of town, a twenty minute walk from the start of downtown shopping. It had everything we needed, including a basket of welcome snacks and water. It was handy to be able to walk and leave our car at the apartment as parking downtown can be tricky if it's a holiday weekend and the scenic train is running. The host is a very responsive and good communicator and helped us with restaurant recommendations. We will stay here again the next time we visit Jim Thorpe.

Everything was clean, and host went above and beyond with communication and fine touches (local tips, coffee, cookies). Parking was easy.

This rental was perfect for a couple. Amenities were very nice with upscale linens and supplies. Our host thought of everything including wonderful dinner recommendations and things to do. Easy parking and nice breakfast spots close by. Thank you!

We needed a place to call home base while exploring Jim Thorpe and the Lehigh River Gorge. We also needed someplace quiet to work, just in case. This was a great choice for both. Walkable into town, or just a super short ride. Comfortable and all the needs for two people. Close to the rail trail, could walk the short-ish walk into Jim Thorpe town, either via the street or the rail trail. Close to hiking (we did bald mountain) and biking paths. We explored wineries and breweries and the many delish recommendation from our host. Dee and Mark were wonderful hosts. Can’t wait to return and explore more.

Multiple reasons why someone should choose here to stay. -Jim Thorpe is a very popular place which means day visitors come from everywhere and there isnt any parking anywhere. The location of this stay was perfect. It was close enough to walk to the main street of Jim thorpe, which means you dont have to worry about parking and you get to see the amazing view along the walk. -You cant beat the price. Places at Jim thorpe actually cost even more then this place. -Dee keeps this place in top shape. Its clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. She left litte treats around and hand written notes. I felt so welcomed. -I felt safe most importantly, it was surrounded by a neighborhood of ederly and families. I dont think anyone would regret this choice of stay! Thanks! lolocation of this

Property was nice on the quiet side of town.

We had made reservations to take the shuttle from town and bike on two days. Turns out we were an easy ride to town and back. On the ride home, we picked up a steak and fresh asparagus, a bottle of wine and enjoyed a lovely outdoor patio dinner, made on the nice new grill. All the details in this property are beyond all the VRBOs we’ve visited, down to the nightlight and the comfy bed. Dee even left out snacks for us to nibble. Thanks Dee. You’re a wonderful host!
