The Maple Apartment at Tudor House Vacation Rentals

Cute, quiet, 2-bedroom cottage with nice host and parking. Although the kitchenette was minimal, it had everything we needed. We didn’t cook, but rather we enjoyed the great restaurants just a short walk away.

Cute, quiet, private, and comfortable place close to pretty much everything in Ashland, walking or driving. Walking downtown and to Lithia park was a snap. We appreciated having two full baths plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy and I slept like a log. Also loved the spacious Jack n Jill upstairs bath with lots of counter space, plenty of linens, a great adjustable shower head and deep tub for a relaxing soak -- plus a sturdy, convenient grab bar for getting in and out. The unit is especially cheerful and bright upstairs with its windows and well-placed skylights that offered lots of sunshine without compromising privacy. There's even a well stocked bookshelf in case you forget to bring a good book. Entry gate and parking are off a gravel alley with two spots allocated to the unit, plus on street parking the next street over if needed. A single wish list item would've been more counter space in the tiny kitchenette and a bigger fridge and freezer vs mini fridge. But no matter - we'd all still stay again!

Great stay! I only wish there was a more fulsome kitchen, but generally we had a great time and the hosts were awesome!

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. It was a perfect location to access downtown Ashland, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park as well as restaurants and the food co-op. The unit was comfortable for 3 people and it was nice to have a little extra space and an extra bathroom. It was very clean and well stocked. The host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO!

This is a beautiful two story space in a large home. Tastefully decorated, very private. Many lovely amenities, such as shampoo, body lotion, and nice soap. Even a bathtub! The host offered to go out and get me coffee, since coffee and tea is not provided. It was a lovely stay within walking distance of downtown.

All instructions for parking and the property were clear and easy to follow, and everything was in good working order! Location of the property allowed us to walk to the places we wanted to go, we enjoyed our experience and look forward to a return visit.

Clean, comfortable place, lots of nice light in the bedrooms, large upstairs bathroom, well-stocked with towels, kitchenette very functional, and nice walk to Ashland attractions. Just what we needed/wanted for a long weekend trip.

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation in Ashland. Well located, easy parking, comfortable beds, and everything was as advertised. The hosts are awesome, would definitely stay again. A experience.

The place was perfect for our needs. Great location to experience all of Ashland and the surrounding areas. Walkable to so many places and sights. We did not need full kitchen so had what we needed for coffee and toasting bagels. Would have liked ice. Very comfortable queen bed and a fantastic bathtub.

Raliegh is a fantastic host, and reached out with wonderful recommendations for my sister and I during our visit! The apartment is very cozy, clean and well kept. The shared yard area is lovely, and feels very welcoming as you step through the laurel bush over the gate. We will be renting here again, and hopefully the weather will not be a winter storm so we can go on some of the hikes recommended!

Our family of four was so cozy and comfortable during our stay at the Maple Apartment. The location made it easy to access everywhere we needed to go and the apartment was very quiet, very clean, very peaceful and just lovely. We were sorry and rather embarrassed that we bungled the driveway situation on our first go-around. Waze directed us to the front of the property and even with a sign in the front yard reminding us that guest parking was around the back, we needed a reminder. Next time we’ll remember!

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a quiet alley where there are parking spaces for three cars just outside the entrance. The secluded back yard, through which you enter the apartment, is a perfectly lovely oasis.It's a short walk downtown for shopping and restaurants, and to the theaters. We hope to stay here again.

I rented for three family members. The home was super cute, clean, safe neighborhood and host was communicative and friendly. We would stay again.

This was a great location but a little hard to find. While it had two bathrooms, one was on the ground floor and the bedrooms were on the second floor. The kitchenette was very small, w/o a stove or cooktop of any kind. The bedrooms and upstairs bathroom were very nice sized. This is a good place very nicely appointed but other than a light breakfast, plan to eat meals out.

Nice place to stay for a weekend show in Ashland. Small kitchen as shown in the photos and a little tricky to find as we got there in the dark.

This a comfortable and (apart from the tiny kitchenette) spacious apartment. The location is quiet and convenient. We appreciated the central air conditioning!

My two adult daughters and I stayed at the Maple Apartment for 5 nights. We appreciated the spaciousness of the bedrooms and two full bathrooms with plenty of towels. I loved having upstairs bedrooms with updated windows with screens for nights with fresh air flowing through. The AC works perfectly, which is a must since summer in Ashland is hot, even in early June. The beds are comfy and there are extra pillows. The kitchenette has the supplies needed for basic food prep and reheating leftovers. It was a perfect place for us to stay. Thank you!

This is a very functional apartment in a superb location....less than a mile to the theater area. Even though the kitchen is tiny with a mini-fridge, microwave and convection oven, we had no problem fixing our own meals--it is very well stocked. Upstairs bedrooms and the adjacent bathroom are spacious and feature big windows and sky lights--even in one of the closets! The shared patio is pleasant.

Lovely apartment for my daughter and I to stay while visiting Ashland family. Loved the watercolor paintings by the owners mother and outside courtyard. Also nice we could charge our EV in the driveway

It was a nice place. Easy walk to town, cute courtyard the only downside was that you could hear the neighbor doing business on the phone in the living room. A little music muffled that out quickly.
