Stayed May 9, 2025My son was graduating from UD. The perfect place for one or a couple to stay. Extremely clean and the owners were quick to answer my questions. I plan to stay with them again for my next child's graduation.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024Location is in a neighborhood that is being regentrified, close to UD and downtown and within walking distance of a great coffee house and a brew pub (I sampled both). Space as advertised and all consumables (paper towels, cleaning supplies etc) were brand new. Regulating temperature with a space heater and keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was a challenge for me. Also a bit noisy from the two other units (one below and one next door). I didn’t think the other guests were loud, just that the walls may have been too thin. Space was spotless until I pulled the space heater that was tucked between the bed and the wall that had accumulated hair and dust bunnies from the floor. Hostess super responsive and accommodating. Met my expectations overall but didn’t feel it was a great value for the money. For the accommodations I would have expected to pay about 40% less.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024This was my first year attending WGI Championships and I needed a safe, clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to recharge my batteries. The Loft fit the bill. Although I prejudged the location initially, I quickly realized it was not accurate. My host very responsive when a multi block power outage occurred. If we attend championships next year, I will consider The Loft again.
