A very bright and comfortable 100-square-meter apartment in the northern part of town, the quietest area of Fregene. A 5-minute walk from the sea, the public beach, and beach clubs, and close to downtown. Also a 5-minute walk from the Cotral bus stop for Rome and the airport. Nearby you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, café, fruit shop, and bank. Large living room with air conditioning, 1 master bedroom with two 110-cm beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 2bathrooms, Vortice ceiling fans with multiple speed settings, independent heating, Wi-Fi, a garden, and an outdoor shower. Access via a private gate, intercom, and free street parking and on-site parking for small cars. An outdoor staircase leads up from the garden. Ideal for both those seeking peace and relaxation and those who love to have fun.

Children are not allowed.


It is prohibited to host parties or events and to invite people not included in the reservation.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

When making a reservation, you must submit a copy of each guest’s ID to prepare the tourist rental agreement, which must be signed upon arrival.
A tourist tax of €4.50 in cash per day per guest (excluding those exempt) is due upon arrival.

For a fourth guest, there is an additional charge of €50 per night.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please notify us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 30 minutes late, a €20 surcharge will apply.

Recyclable waste must be sorted on the designated days and placed outside the gate.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Late check-in is available by arrangement.
Check-in between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM incurs a €20.00 surcharge.

If keys are lost, a €200 fee applies to replace the lock.
Use of the washing machine: €5 per day.
Photography and video recording are not permitted.
In case of damage to the property, a charge of €200 will be applied to your credit card.
For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a €30 cleaning fee and a €20 linen change fee.
