Stayed Jul 26, 2025Though we only stayed one night and were at a family event for the majority of our visit to the area, we thoroughly enjoyed this guest house and wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the space and beautiful property. The guest house is fully stocked with everything you would need and if you enjoy the outdoors it is right down the road from some beautiful trails. It’s a gem of a spot and my family would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We stayed overnight for the Litchfield Hills Road Race Sunday 6/8; this was a quaint location and very clean. It was a nice cool weekend, however we did notice it did not have an AC and may not be a comfortable in the hot and humid summer months.

Stayed May 30, 2025We absolutely LOVED the Jefferson House. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was clean, new and perfectly country! The owners didn’t miss a thing- coffee station, laundry pods, bathroom amenities. It made it really easy to stay.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025The lighting is warm and inviting as you step up the stairs into a large open concept room. Every detail is beyond modern from the giant marble counter equipped with the comfiest and largest leather barstools, to the kitchen whose colors and appliances are so beautifully designed; cabinets stocked with every item you need to cook a homemade meal.The king size bed was like a cloud, swallowing us in the fluffiest duvets and sheets, comfortable pillows, making it an easy switch to use the TV in the bedroom to watch a movie before dozing off to sleep.For those not local to the area, we very much enjoyed a restaurant called @The Corner, and coffee at Espresso. Downtown Litchfield is a 5 minute drive and offers a lot of good food and drink options.As we visit the area often, we hope to be back!
