(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    Pleasant place, close to beaches, very comfortable, but living room fan was extremely dated along with fridge and microwave.

    The booking process was excellent. The location is fantastic if you want a quiet location on the beach away from the busyness of Nelson Bay. The unit was well appointed except there was no air con or internet when the advertisement indicated otherwise. Also the DVD player didn’t work properly.
