Great location for exploring Charleston. Parking was convenient if you have a car. We walked to most places though. The bathroom floor around the toilet needs a good cleaning. The air conditioning units were very loud when they kicked on during the night. Be prepared so you are not startled. It doesn’t seem like the one in the master bedroom should be so loud so should be serviced. We jumped out of bed the one night because it scared us!

We had a great time and the location of this property was wonderful!! Very walkable to everything that we did! The communication was spot on! The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and had everything we needed. I would say that the furniture is showing some wear & tear but that is to be expected in a rental.

Property was perfect for our trip to Charleston. Location was great and communication with the host was easy. Would definitely recommend this property.

The place and the REAL PEOPLE managing it were fantastic. We had a quick question about something simple, and man, they responded right away. Great property, clean, right in the middle of historic downtown, yet very quiet. Cool place.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The host was communicative, the rental was clean, and we felt like the location was perfect for all that we wanted to do (Sullivan's Island, Folly Beach, King Street, Shem Creek, Battery Park, etc). After checking out I informed the host that my mother left her diamond earrings on the bedroom nightstand before Housekeeping cleaned. Unfortunately they did not find the earrings. While we are saddened they were not found, we do appreciate the effort made by the host & their communication. We would recommend this apartment/host to family & friends and would stay here again if we return to Charleston in the future.

The room was very clean! Parking was very accessible. Literally we were in the middle of downtown and had access to excellent shopping! The host was very accommodating and available!

The kitchen was well equipped if one was going to cook. I did not use the stove, oven or microwave. I just used the coffee maker.

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Charleston is not a cheap town, and this was more affordable than any of the decent hotels in the neighborhood. Parking was convenient - right next to the building - and affordable. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were clean and comfortable. There is limited clothing storage; we figured out how to make it work. Perhaps the host could provide additional hangers if asked. The kitchen area has limited storage as well, but we didn't need to utilize the ample space in the refrigerator. All appliances in good working order. We only used our car once for a plantation tour, and we walked a good 6 miles each of our 5 days in Charleston. There is so much to explore. The good - and the bad - history, the many great restaurants and beautiful shops, the iconic homes, churches, and neighborhoods, Charleston Harbor....the list goes on.The communication with StayDuvet was excellent. Each message was answered promptly and thoroughly. Based on price, location, condition of the unit, and the responsive host, we would definitely recommend and return to this property.

We did not utilize the parking. Concierge was super helpful and responsive. Easy access to many shops, restaurants, and parks. The location is a short walk to the visitors center and the bus station, including the free shuttle to the French Quarter.

We enjoyed staying at this location and it was perfect for exploring all of downtown Charleston. It had all of the amenities that we needed and it was perfect for us. Also, the owner was very responsive if we had any questions.

Excellent neighborhood. You can walk to almost everything. Management quick to respond to all requests. Beds comfortable and slept well in windowless bedrooms. We were a family of 4 adults and would’ve loved more comfortable chairs/sofa where all of us could lounge. Space was not conducive to that. No storage for clothing except for a few hangers and one luggage stand per room. Again, we were a family of 4 adults and could’ve used more storage.

Host was accommodating, amenities were excellent. Clean and comfortable.

The parking was easily identified and plenty of it. The room matched the pictures perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. Fan wobbeled in one bedroom. Didn't really use kitchen but looked like everything was there if needed. Prime location in 400 block of Kings. Was 150 less than other places. Furniture could have been updated but really your not in room but to sleep. Great value and location.

Location was great! Communication with host was quick! Everything was easy and great. The only thing I think would be better is a new comfortable couch and maybe another chair. The couch is not comfortable. But everything else was great!

We lived in Charleston about 10 years ago and since then downtown has become a happening place. despite the party going on outside, we were nice a quiet inside. Very clean, and well appointed but needs IMHO one more overstuffed chair. Yes, might crowd the available space but with a party of 4 we always had someone on one of the dining room chairs that encouraged you to get up after about 15 minutes. But overall great experience, would come here again.

This property was great, particularly for the price as compared to hotels in this same general area. With two adults and two kids we were very comfortable for our short stay. It was nice to be able to easily walk out onto King Street to grab a to-go breakfast at Callie’s, right across the street!

My husband and I had a wonderful time with our friends visiting Charleston. The place was perfectly located and very clean. Everything was over the top. I would highly recommend this property and looking to staying here again soon.

One word, perfect!

Great location with lots to do within walking distance, including a wide selection of restaurants. Great alternative to hotels, with better accommodations and better pricing. The unit was well-equipped with everything needed and easy to access.

We had a great time in Charleston- the location of the property was perfect! We walked out the front door and had access to all of the restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk! Would definitely stay again:)
