Perfectly charming accommodations;, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Close to downtown Damariscotta but in a quiet, lovely setting. Don’t miss out on visiting Kathleen’s Art Studio! She’s a wonderful artist!!

My husband and I stayed at the apartment and had a wonderful time. Shopping and restaurants were great. We drove out to Pemaquid to see the lighthouse and stopped at Deb‘s diner along the way. Great service. Excellent food. We explored Damariscotta and had lobster every day. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Kathleen has thought of everything we didn’t need one thing. It was clean and decorated beautifully. We would definitely recommend.

We loved staying in this beautiful studio apartment, just a short distance from the town, as well as from all that the Pemaquid Peninsula has to offer. Beautifully clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated--it was perfect for our getaway. Kathleen and Mike were so kind and welcoming. We look forward to returning in the future.

Well kept, clean and beautifully decorated apartment and grounds. Well stocked for the traveller with everything imaginable. Very safe and convenient location. Host went above and beyond supplying items that could not have been brought on a plane. Highly recommend.

A great find just outside of Damariscotta. The accommodations were absolutely comfortable - a charming little space on the second floor of a New England Cape Cod home. Highly recommend a stay here to explore the beautiful Pemaquid peninsula. Great for up to three guests with a queen in the main bedroom and a twin tucked away in a corner of the main area.

The space is cozy and well-appointed, with a bed in the living area, in addition to the bed in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a tub and shower. It was a very comfortable place to stay and could accommodate three people. I especially liked the on demand lighting that was motion activated and lighted the path and stairs after dark. The only negative that may affect some is that the access to the apartment is up a steep set of stairs.

Just as described - small, well stocked, comfortable and above all very clean.

This was beautiful! Kathleen and Mike are wonderful hosts. Just as she described, they are available if needed. The accommodations are lovely. Many unexpected surprises. The layout was perfect for my sister and me. We each had work to do and we could both be on calls without bothering the other. We were exploring new areas and revisiting old favorites. Friends and family in Southern Maine and Central Maine...made this a great compromise.
