Exactly as described

Single room in a house on a residential neighborhood - very quiet and very little traffic. Clean and quite efficient, although could use a shelf or chest of drawers to store clothing and essentials.

The room is in a small house in a very low income area. Walked into the room and smelled weed all night long. Had to turn on an upright fan, a window a/c and seemed there was central a/c but it wasn't enough. The bed was caved in and gave us backache the next day. There is no place to use a laptop, on the bed only. Same if you want to eat something. We could hear everything on the other side of the door separating the room from the rest of the house. Tried communicating with host before checkout but never got a response. Bath towels were stained and threadbare. Ladies, you have to walk through sandy dirt on the side of the house to get in and out so don't wear nice shoes if you don't want them to get dirty. Buyer beware!
