The blue or blue apartment is designed for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden with fruit trees such as pears, apples and plums. Both bedrooms are bright and have a double bed. The downstairs bedroom has a large, lit and walk-in closet.
After a sunny day on the beach or a walk through the mudflats, you can leave beach bags, jackets, bicycle helmets and shoes in the spacious windscreen.
The country house character continues in the adjacent blue kitchen. It has modern but retro-style kitchen appliances by SMEG. Even after a beautiful day, the windscreen provides enough space for drying jackets and rubber boots and you can warm up in the Frisian dining area with wooden bench, which borders on the kitchen, and with reading and playing the day. Both from the dining area as from the living area has a magnificent view of paddocks and marshes. The apartment is furnished in Lexington Beachhouse style (blue / white / red).
The paddock belongs to the object and is leased to Norbert Clausen, who keeps her in the field and uses it for his horse breeding.
The apartment has a small and a large bathroom, both with toilet and shower. As a highlight you will find in the 1. Upstairs a sauna. A dishwasher, a dryer and a washing machine are at your disposal. Fitted wardrobes provide ample storage space. The apartment has 1 parking space.
