The communication with the owner was easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again if it is available for our next trip to Binghamton, whenever that might be.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Loved this property. Solid construction made for a very quiet and sound sleep. We did not use the kitchen but it seems to be well appointed. We were nervous about hearing sirens since we were close.to.the hospital but.we didn't. The ambulances either turn their sirens off that close or that is a testimonial as to how solid the house was built. Great layout too. Extra.half bath was nice to have.
