We had the pleasure of being the first guests at Luis’s place and it was amazing! The views of Mindelo are phenomenal. The apartment is new, gorgeously finished, and sparkling clean. The location is great, it’s walking distance from both town and the beach. There’s a grocery store and a cafe on the ground level of the apartment complex. Louis and his brother Vinha responded to all of our questions and had great advice. They even installed a tv so we could watch the rugby World Cup final - so above and beyond! If you want to enjoy the best views in the city from a stylish apartment, this place is a must!

Luis’s place was absolutely AMAZING!!! I was impressed immediately as I walked in the front door. The picturesque windows and views, the brand new interior, and overall large size of the apartment made for a really comfortable stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk into the center of town with many shops and restaurants. There was a small store near the lobby where you can purchase little things one may need and 24 hour attendant at front office. I loved it, and would highly recommend this place!
