The best choice for your vacation in Venice!

Beautiful property! Extremely clean, with amazing décor and gorgeous antique furniture throughout. Communication was top-notch. It’s close to the city center, and getting to and from the island was easy and affordable by taxi. We visited Rome, Florence, and Venice, and this property was by far the nicest. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The manager helped us to locate parking for our oversized vehicle. The location was convenient to Venice. The unit was outstanding! The elevator was a bit cramped, but we worked through it easily enough. Thank you!!

Spacious apartment but very outdated. One of bathrooms was moldy and unusable. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy when traveling with small children. Elevator can only hold 2 peers on at a time. We had to make several trips. Stayed only 2 nights, however Vrbo charged me for 3 nights.

This was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. I would not stay here with young children because of the auntiques (you can see them in the pictures - very beautiful) but it was spacious and beautiful and pretty easy to get to Venice using the buses. We had an issue with the fuse and I called him after 10:30PM and he answered right away so I was very grateful. He was also able to work with us to get in a little early which was so nice. The apartment itself was beautiful- we didn’t use the kitchen (other than to make espresso) so I can’t speak to how much was there if you plan to make meals but it had plenty of dishes for what we needed. We really appreciated the 3 bathrooms and plenty of rooms/beds. You are in the penthouse (5th floor) which has a good view of Mestre. There is an elevator which you can take up if needed. The owner met with us and gave us a good tour of the place, how to get to downtown Venice, etc. There was a nearby grocery store and several little espresso bars within 2 blocks or so. Bus to Venice was easy, there were several options, one right outside and a couple within 5 min walk. All in all it was elegant and affordable within reasonable distance of Venice.

I cannot say enough about this property, the history, the beautiful furniture, the size and the cleanliness. Nicola could not have been more helpful. He was very prompt to check-in. He explained the history behind the building in the furniture, which was wonderful. He also arranged for our pick up to the airport in the morning. We were meeting and suggested restaurants in the neighborhood, which were also wonderful.

liked the area-close to stores, restaurants, secure parking, elevator was convenient. The apartment was beautifully furnished, chandeliers beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip was hearing, all the bells, when the new Pope was selected!

6 of us finished an 11 day cruise and wanted to see Venice, so we booked this location. GREAT ! ! ! All of the space was on one floor and it was easily accessible via an elevator (though small). We were right on the bus line and had easy access to all transportation as well as some great restaurants and groceries. We would highly recommend it. We hope to make it back to Venice and spend more time and would consider this again as our base of operations!

Has lift! Top floor penthouse so you don't hear other people foot step above you. Spacious bedroom. A/C unit in every room, however the weather was nice when we were there so we open the windowa for fresh air (the benefit of top floor!). Clean unit. Has 2 set of hose key thus we can plan our separate itinerary. Has working W/D (love it!). Near bus stop (bus #2 & 32H to Mestre station). Near a square where on the weekend people gather to buy/sell. Near grocery stores. This place is awesome. Would stay here again when we come back

Owner cancelled due to a water issue about 30 minutes before check in. He wired with someone to get us a different place but, the place he sent us to had less amenities, didn’t include parking, cost less, was not very clean and didn’t even have soap. He told me he would send a refund but we

Roomy bedrooms and living room

We absolutely loved the charm, roominess, and convenience of this rental. Walkable to so many things!!! Our contact was very accommodating at all times of the day or night. We would definitely recommend this rental and will stay again!! Brenda, Pam, Ceci, and Rhonda

Very nice. Very large penthouse apartment with very nice bacony/patio to sit and have your morning coffee or evening wine. Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy bus access to the city for trips in so can leave your car in the gated designated parking space (10 euro/day). Would definitely recommend.

So far my favorite place to stay

The apartment was lovely and exactly as the pictures showed on line. Very spacious and close to the bus into Venice. We were close enough to walk to and from the train station .
