The Artisan - An Atelier in Nature's Canopy

The host was incredibly proactive and responsive. The setting is gorgeous and peaceful (even though everything from Whole Foods to downtown Westerville to highways are close!) and The Artisan is truly designed and appointed to perfection.

Great location for exploring Dublin and its public art. Simon was very helpful and welcoming, and the apartment lived up to every expectation.

The artisan was clean and inviting. Simon was a great hosts. His day of stay special directions we prefect and made it super easy to locate the unit. The tub is a tub of dreams!! The location is quiet and the views up in the trees make you forget your are in Columbus. Would recommend and would book again.

The Artisan and the host Simon met my highest expectations regarding criteria that were most important to my husband and me:1. Safety - The Artisan is located in a country club. There is a designated parking space in a well-lit, circular driveway at the entrance of the compound. This is comforting for nighttime arrivals.2. Cleanliness - Frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door handles, countertops) in The Artisan were grime-free. Infrequently touched surfaces were not only grime-free but dust-free. This is significantly helpful for people with allergies and asthma.3. Amenities - All of the appliances worked properly (A/C) and were ample in capacity (refrigerator/freezer; washer/dryer). The description and photos of The Artisan were representative of our lived experience. What was unexpected and surprising was how beautiful and peaceful an environment Simon has created with his properties. The architecture and landscaping combine to exude a Zen-like ambiance. As a traveler, a stay in The Artisan is truly a healing respite! Thank you, Simon!

We had a great stay! The finishes in our unit were perfect for us. My only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to change the bathroom light from automatic to manual. It was very bright and would automatically turn on when I went to the bathroom at night waking up my boyfriend. Thanks Simon!

Everything about this property is top notch. Some may think the steps leading up to the loft inconvenient, but we are in our mid 70s and managed quite well. Otherwise, this is a gem. Everything is spelled out and the owner is very accommodating. We’re booking next year for sure.
