Incredibly convenient location, fantastic stay

The Annex is delightfully appointed with a lovely eye for details and decor, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped, right down to fresh ice in the freezer and complimentary milk in the fridge for coffee/tea. The apartment is situated on a street of beautiful homes, within walking distance to amenities and entertainment.Of particular note is the deck space with room for two comfortable chairs and a side table. We enjoyed our time spent relaxing outside, overlooking the garden area, and star gazing once it got dark.Kim was an excellent host with prompt and helpful responses to our communications.

This home is amazing. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owner has provided all the essentials and then some. I would definitely recommend and if we come back to the area we will try to rent it again.

We had a lovely stay at the Annex. It is spacious, comfortable,beautifully set up and decorated with fun and functional pieces. We were just two, but it would work well for four, and definitely would be a find for a family! Communications were clear and always helpful - Kim was great!

Charming and beautifully decorated apartment. We loved staying here, It’s close to the Fairbanks Museum and downtown area. The host was very friendly and helpful. She had many welcoming touches that made you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It does have steps up to the luvibg space. It was so clean and welcoming. I felt like i was home with all the nice touches.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos and as described/advertised...the property is very comfortable and homey. The hosts couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Communication was outstanding. And the tour of the garden made the visit even better. The hosts really make you feel welcome. We hope we have a chance to go back.

It was a short stay, but I could easily see this place being a comfortable place for a longer weekend visit.

This is an absolutely lovely apartment. Loved the (authentic) vintage/antique vibe and furnishings. Although I am not a gourmet cook, I enjoyed perusing the many cookbooks on the shelves. The hosts provided such thoughtful touches. Finding milk in the refrigerator to go with the selection of teas and coffee pods was a great surprise and so appreciated. I am a gardener, and I really enjoyed the stairway landing that overlooked the amazing vegetable garden, and also had fun checking out the native plantings in the gardens along the drive.For those who enjoy a very firm mattress you will be thrilled with this one!

Beautiful upstairs unit of an amazing historical house, perfect location in Saint Johnsbury, walkable distance to everything. Self-check in was simple and flexible. We were welcomed with a little treat, and the host prepared their own guidebook of the town. We were staying here on a skiing trip to Burke mountain, and it was a very convenient location for that as well. Highly highly recommend!
