Tennis, Pool, Lakeview, Free Wi-Fi Cozy 2/2 condo in the heart of Naples

Stayed at Condo for 2 weeks at the end of April 23. Condo clean with good facilities Susanne and Katya very helpful and good communication. Only downside of condo was that the sofa was not very comfortable and if more than 2 people staying not big enough. Would also have liked a safe to keep personal belongings in. Tennis courts, pool and clubhouse only 5 minutes walk away. Clubhouse reasonably price for food and drinks but not open all year round. Tennis rackets and balls provided in condo which was good 20 minute drive to beach by Naples Pier Supermarket and other stores approx one mile away Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Our stay was great. Great location in World Tennis Club. Also, close to Sanchez Academy. Things to improve:If you want to have more renters to your condo get some updated furniture that is comfortable to sit in. Also get a can opener that works. Bake wear would help as well Everything else was fine!

Everything was clean and in very good condition. Nice furnishings. Screened in entry and patio. Very quiet and nice grounds for walking. Easy driving in and out because of street light. Full array of beach umbrellas, chairs (we added a nice one) and other gear. Walmart grocery and Target about a mile north. Can walk there along sidewalk.

First time VRBO, First time on West Coast Florida. kitchen stocked with spices, tea, coffee needs and salad dressing mixes helpful. Only down part was BR TV remote not working upon arrival, but was rectified the very next day. Also check Gate code, they seem to change it on end of month, almost got stranded on New Years Eve coming home, No one answered my call , luckily we came home before midnight after dinner and someone finally came up behind us with a delivery that let us in.

Clean, conveniently located and well stocked. Small 1st floor condo for 2 - 4 people max. Tiny living room with limited seating area, needs new sofa. Small kitchen has the essentials and dining area for 4 people. Nice lanai faces east is very warm for summer mornings. Huge primary bedroom with comfortable firm bed. Very nice community pool and hot tub. Minor bug issue was quickly resolved by property manager.

Great facility - relaxing, gated facility with several activities to participate in. Also, great location - minutes away from shopping and restaurants

I love the World Tennis Center and this condo had everything I wanted for our stay in January. It was clean and well appointed. The owner and manager were easy to deal with. It is about 200 yards from the tennis center. Loved it.

Great communication, great location, nice community and very clean

We stayed at this location during December just before Christmas. The property is centrally located in Naples and the grounds are lovely. The condo is lovely and the bed was comfortable. The host was quick to respond to all communications. We hit a snag on our return flights and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us to decrease any further stress created by that situation. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again !

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely planning on a return trip in the future.
