Stayed Mar 27, 2026We had a lovely stay in this apartment. My kid told me that we should move in and stay forever, LOL! A very comfortable and convenient stay, and the owner is responsive.Something to keep in mind: the neighborhood is a bit hilly and you have to climb stairs to access the property (one flight of stairs from the street to the building, and then another to get from the entry to the apartment on the 2nd floor). It's not difficult, but it's something to be aware of if you have limited mobility, if you have to carry up a heavy suitcase alone, or if you have a toddler (although, for a toddler, the apartment is super-safe, as there is a lockable door that prevents access to the stairs).Overall, we really loved the place and will try to stay there again next time we are in the DC area.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025We had a great stay! Communication was easy throughout the whole process. The space was great for our family and we loved how walkable it was. Parking usually wasn’t an issue. There are a lot of steep stairs from the street to the unit.
