Stayed Dec 31, 1969Before our arrival on March 29, we called the owner who spoke only very little English. After all we understood that she would not receive us herself, but we should contact the concierge. When we arrived in the evening, the apartment was moldy (not ventilated for months) and cold (about 12°C) and there was no heating at all. After a cold night, we asked for heaters, but the concierge – speaking very little English too - told us that he was not competent, we should call the owner. But she did not answer. Finally, the concierge brought us at least an electrical heater and some more blankets. Fortunately we survived our three-night-stay in this apartment without getting sick. Perhaps in summer it is enjoyable, but not in spring under these circumstances.
