Stayed Sep 8, 2025What an amazing place. Clean, current vibe, open airy and perfect location. We enjoyed the views, location to grocery, liquor and restaurants. Perfect distance to st Augustine and its adventures. Host assisted when we had questions within reasonable time. Would rent again!! Love love!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Everything was perfect, just like the pictures. Both units below us were rented as well but we never heard them. A/C was nice and cold after coming in from the beach each day. The Vilano coffee shop was the perfect start to our mornings. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Unit C was Great! The views were so pretty with easy access to the beach. This spacious top floor unit was decorated perfectly and had everything we needed for a fun girl's weekend! The property manager was very responsive.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Stayed here for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The house was clean, easy to access, and close to a Publix which makes it very convenient. Also just a quick 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Overall great experience and a fantastic beach house!

Stayed Feb 8, 2025What a wonderful stay here. The home has all you need. The access to the amazing beach is priceless. Walking to the small town center is easy and the beach beats anything we saw on the Gulf Side. While there are many homes rent on Vilano, buyer beware, some are very far north and not walkable to anything. Others, while also on the beach, might not be high enough and so your view is blocked by the sand dunes. The views from Surfside C are amazing. Photo are very accurate. There are a surprisingly number of restaurants on Vilano Beach too. And St. Augustine proper, with all the history and restaurants is a 10 minute drive, give or take. The location really cannot be beat. Excited to come back next year!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Great stay during holidays. Pluses are great ocean view. Great deck, parking, close grocery, good local restaurants and good walkable beach. It is convevient to st Augustine without the hassles of the city.
