Surfside Retreat Unit A - Oceanfront Triplex

The beach access was the store of the show, and the apartment being so neat, clean, and updated was amazing.

We had a great stay. Publix grocery is just right up the road. Kitchen was great to cook in but frige was leaking water on our food. On the back patio, closing off under the stairs and placing a gate on both sides of stairs would help people keep their dogs or kids where they need to be. Luckily our dogs got along but could be a terrible situation if not and digs/ kids could wonder to beach or to other two rentals. Lawn people came while we were out back and peppered us with weed wacker particles and left stickers due to not mowing with a bag attached (which they know is the only way to not spread and to get rid of them). If they put gates up and block under the stairs on back porch, we would stay again. Beach is nice and clean and quiet. It was very cool to see the Sea Turtle nests. Cute little town with live music at the pier and vwry clise to St. Augustine.

Cute and clean. Easy access to beach. Vilano beach area is great and relaxing. If someone is staying upstairs you will probably hear all the footsteps so ear plugs might help if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely stay again!

Just what we needed! Very relaxing and comfortable accommodations for the 2 of us and our puppy on Vilano Beach! Ideal beachfront location near the little Vilano Town Center and not far from the historic district of St Augustine. There was even a Sound Bath right in front of our steps before sunset one night. Thank you! We’ll be back.

Perfect beachfront stay. We loved it. It was clean and everything needed to have a great stay was provided. We will definitely return.

The location was really nice. It was beach front so we could walk down and enjoy the sun and waves with no trouble at all. The apartment itself was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only downsides were no washer and dryer and being able to hear the upper floor residents walking around. On Saturday, there were tons of fishermen set up on the beach so we had to walk down a ways to find a spot they did not block. Other than those couple of things, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Would stay there again for a short stay.

Zipped up to enjoy a beach weekend. Super convenient location with beautiful beach views / access. House was comfortable and well appointed. Would stay there again!

Love the place. Hope to return in the future. Thank you for being responsive to my requests over our stay. I would suggest buying a square nosed shovel and keep it in the laundry area so renters can keep up with the sand drifts on the walkway. It's very rare that rental building's are so well maintained. Thank you for a great job.
