Superior Oceanfront Condo - Walk to the Very Best of Las Terrenas - See Reviews!

Wow, such a beautiful place. I hope to come back again someday. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed the pool and incredible beach right across the street. Highly recommended!

The Apt checked all the boxes. Clean, spaces, everything you needed for our stay was there plus of course great view and location close to restaurant, market and beach.

The host had greet me once I arrived and she has her assistant Alma that provided exact details how to enter the property with videos so you won’t get lost and have a sense of direction thru WhatsApp. The view is beautiful and the beach is right in front of you. The bed was so comfortable with lots of pillows and you had everything you needed plus all restaurants and bars near by. I explained to Alma that I would choose them again when I come back.

The condo was as expected from pictures. We valued having the filtered water cooler, but we also purchased bottled water and went through it on our stay. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and storage containers. We cooked about half the time. The oven was tricky to figure out and not great but served its purpose. We appreciated having four beach towels, games, and books. The AC worked quickly when we turned it on at night, and we only spent an extra 26 US for additional electricity while there for 6 days. The pool was heavily used by our youngest and walking everywhere was easy. We had rented a car and easily drove everywhere. We visited El Limón, took a boat for the day, and visited the spider monkeys. Hot water was tricky in the back bathroom shower so we used the hallway bath. Also, you have to flip a switch to turn on the hot water heater. Also, have pesos before you arrive so you can easily get through tolls. Communication and support was great and easy. Do put on bug spray if you are on the deck at night. We also used the washer and dryer but with the weather, it was easier to hang heavier towels in the sun to reduce energy consumption.

Gracious Host as always. Clean and well appointed. Stocked kitchen is a wonderful benefit.Beach towels furnished, cold A/C, feels like home.Best view of the beach and located where you can walk to anything you need.

Good location across from the beach. Private parking available with security. I traveled with 3 teenage boys so the pool was their go to every morning. Will go back again, apt was a perfect size for us with enough amenities.

We left with a case of serious vacation depression and would go back tomorrow! We cannot say enough about this property! The breathtaking views, the attentiveness of Olimpia and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. It's is right, and i mean right, across from the ocean. There are tons of places to eat a short walk in either direction on the beach (i swear we ate at all of them and they were all delicious) and the staff at each were very helpful (especially with myself and my husband's limited knowledge of Spanish). I highly recommend a translator app on your phone! Travelers beware of the driving here! It can be intimidating and a little scary. The streets are small and there are mopeds bobbing and weaving through traffic everywhere! It didn't deter us though!!! We drove to El Limon waterfall, the grocery store and other beaches in the area. The shop owners in town are helpful and courteous. If you like art there is a shop owner that does beautiful work in town. You will see all of the art hanging in a second story window and you will have to walk up a set of cement stairs to get in. The husband and wife were AMAZING and were so happy we purchased from them. HIGHLY recommend if that's your thing. We also recommend Adventure Runners for an excursion for zip lining and monkey land, it was amazing! Gorgeous condo, clean, walkable to town and restaurants and the best view ever from the large patio!

Well located and well equipped. Everything you need for a great stay in las terrenas. Town was about a 10-15 minute walk but other restaurants, bars, and beach clubs were right across the street.Great views and a wonderful patio to enjoy them from.

Pros- everything as described….very nice rooms, beautiful view of the ocean across a somewhat quiet road, great location, spacious, etcCons- rain, rain, rain…..I’ve visited the DR many times over 10 years and can’t remember a time like this. Very unusual. Saw my 1st waterspout

The property was amazing, felt very at home. Everything is walkable for the average persons ability if you should choose. Taxi is available if needed. We walked a lot. Communication with the property if needed is always there. Speaking some Spanish helps. All that you need for basics is provided. We will be returning.

Loved the property. Plenty of amenities and view of ocean was breathtaking. Close to shopping and restaurants.
