Praz d'Aval is a cosy & comfortable, well-equipped 4 bedroom duplex apartment in central Val d'Isere situated on the snow front. The apartment sleeps max. 8 people (6 adults + 2 children, or 8 adults but one twin bedroom has a low ceiling as per photo) with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Open plan kitchen, large dining area and log fire place complements cosy living room.The apartment benefits from private entrance and ample space on the landing with a bench for dressing up &ski/boots storage. You can pop on your ski boots and in a minute you are at the main ski lift area where you have access to kms of groomed pistes and off piste in the Val d'Isere/Tignes ski area. With a view of the famous La Face piste from the apartment balcony you cannot fail to enjoy your ski holiday. The apartment is equally suitable for non skiers being spacious with a comfortable living area with log fire and TV for evenings or days indoors. The sports Centre is within a short walk with gym, heated pool, spa, squash courts and climbing wall, as is the centre of the village across thesnoe front with its many shops, restaurants and bars. A stone's throw from the apartment are two restaurants, kids club, great apres ski bar and a cool nightclub. The local free ski bus which circulates the resort day and late into the night is a 1 minute walk. Regular guests at the apartment describe it as their away home from home.
