Stayed Jul 20, 2024It's a shame that the entire development as a whole and the studio in particular are somewhat neglected. The balcony, the exterior walls and the bathroom have seen better days. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable, but all the bed linen and towels smelled a bit musty. In the rain (which we had in all variations) the balcony - as a second room - is not usable.

Stayed Jun 15, 2018The studio apartment is modern, beautiful, and overlooks the ocean. We spent every evening on the balcony sipping wonderful and surprisingly inexpensive French wine with exquisite fromage. Concarneau is very interesting and historic. We also explored other beautiful locations including Quimper and Vannes. The apartment has everything you need including an assigned parking space in the garage below the building. However, there is also on street parking in front of the building. The owners are fabulous! Wish they were my neighbors.
