Sunshine Studio - Private apt and yard (eco, solar)

Very thoughtfully designed, equipped, and stocked. Quiet neighborhood. This was one of the most relaxing stays in recent memory, and I travel a lot (almost exclusively for work).

Very nice room. Even though harder to clean, it could use a rug. Also a bathroom door-will be hard to keep bathroom warm in colder weather. Curtain for kitchen window.

We had everything we needed for a short stay. I was so glad the sheets were made of cotton and some nice amenities were provided that I really appreciated-like organic coffee! A toaster oven would have rounded out the kitchen nicely, maybe some lounge chairs in the courtyard. Overall very cute, clean, convenient little spot-perfect for what we needed.

Super cute little studio. Very clean and cozy. Wish the bed was a little bigger, and wish there was a bathroom door instead of a wooden privacy screen. But otherwise great stay! Would definitely stay here again, hopefully with warmer weather so we could enjoy the outside fire pit. Coffee was great!

Got in super late and had to leave pretty early. Directions were easy to follow to arrive, the place was super cute, already heated, and very clean. In and out process was a breeze.

Beautiful home away from home with everything you need and then some. Close to shopping centers and beautiful hikes. We will be coming back, rent this spot!

Excellent stay! Beautiful design and decor, and comfy amenities. Close to the highway. Perfect location for travelling between Oregon and Northern California. My only gripe is the lack of lighting on the pathway to the gate at night. Wonderful overall!

The Sunshine Studio was an awesome stay. The calming and cozy studio was impeccably clean, tidy, and pleasant overnight stopover. It’s easy to find with great on-site parking. We wished to have stayed longer to enjoy the inviting outdoor space with fire pit. This was a convenient stop for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend! We’d love to return.

A cute property and I appreciated the detailed and easy-to-follow check-in instructions, including parking. The set up of the studio was ideal for a single person. Having a washer and dryer on hand was a major boost. I would stay again if in the area.

It was a very nice day clean room air-conditioning was very quiet. I got a great night sleep. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice and the kitchenette was great. No complaints.

My wife and I were passing through to catch a flight. Everything was great the only down side was the bed. Pretty uncomfortable with a divot in the middle so we both sank to the middle and slept basically on top of each other. Other than that it was great. Very clean, location is good, charming little spot.

Unfortunately it was short. I would have loved to stay longer. It was perfect for one person and even two I’m sure. It was very clean and super cute. Easy check in/out process.

What an amazing stay, the studio was perfect for us 2, had everything we needed, fire pit was one thing we didyget to enjoy but we will definitely be booking again in the future when we come to visit Medford. I highly recomend and will tell our friends about this place.

The positives: the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean and great for a short stay. The negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling into the middle. If the bed is replaced I would be happy to stay again. Preferably with a king.

I was there for a soccer tournament. This place is great. Close to everything and super private. All the things you need and a comfy bed. No tv but that was fine with me.

Everything was exactly as pictured, was easy to access and peaceful. Precisely what I had hoped for after a long day of travel.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting some cousins in Medford. What a cute place, very clean and the bed was very comfortable for me. Cute little kitchen and a quiet and safe part of town to stay.

The sunshine suite was the perfect spot for a weekend of wine tasting. Located just a few minutes from Jacksonvillle and many wineries. The suite was clean and had all of the amenities we needed.

This was the second time we stayed at the Sunshine Studio. Both times it was clean, comfortable and quiet, and a good place to stay on our drive north.

I loved the protected courtyard and high ceilings. I was home for my 50th class reunion and this was central to all the places I needed to visit. It was a comfortable space and will definitely stay again when I visit the Rogue Valley.
