PARKING: Free parking on site with space for 2 car in the driveway and on street parking.

ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via electronic lock on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided at check in.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features central heating and cooling, the bedrooms also feature ceiling fans.

LOCATION: Located an easy distance from local amenities, this lovely property is: 900m to the nearest off lead dog beach, 450m from the nearest shopping center that features Woolworths, laundromat, post office, fuel station, Subway and KFC. The property is also a 2-minute drive from the nearest playground. In surrounding areas, you will find easy access to the whole of Ocean Grove, Barwon heads and the Bellarine Peninsula.

TRANSPORT: The property is located in a convenient area, parking your (two) cars in the driveway is easy, with easy walking distance to local shops and beaches. Phone numbers for hired transport listed in the welcome book and bus route available directly from the street.

PETS: We welcome dogs at this property. Pet bowls will be provided, guests must bring own pet beds, food and ensure that all pets are picked up after. We ask that pets do not go on the furniture.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks.

Late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
A fee of $110 per hour applies for unauthorized late departures

Cooking Policy

Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g. curries) indoors.
A $450 deep cleaning fee may apply if odours require intensive cleaning between stays

We welcome pets with conditions

✔️ Rear yard is fully enclosed
❗ Pets are not allowed inside the home (garage only for sleeping)
❗ Must not be left unattended indoors or go upstairs

Please clean up after your pet
Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets will incur charges

In rare cases (e.g. fire, storm, damage), if the property becomes unavailable:
✔️ We will notify you immediately
✔️ Attempt to arrange alternative accommodation
✔️ If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Host on the Coast is not liable for additional accommodation costs

Parties & Noise

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited
Breaches will result in immediate eviction without refund

Please respect neighbours at all times
Noise must not be heard outside after 10:00 PM

Damage, breakages, or loss
Please report issues immediately

Occupancy must not exceed booking limits

Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund

Lost keys/lockouts: $100 call-out fee + replacement costs

Before You Leave

Please ensure the following before check-out:

Dispose of rubbish in provided bins
️ Wash and pack away dishes & cutlery
️ Empty dishwasher
Clean BBQ after use ($100 fee if not cleaned)

Excess rubbish must be removed (fees apply if left behind)

️ Return all furniture to original position
Leave the property clean and tidy
