Stayed Jan 6, 2026Great location. It’s a fourth floor walk up with no elevators so may not be ideal for anyone with accessibility needs. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We are familiar with Moca so it wasn’t difficult to locate. Someone who is not from the area might need to know the property is called Rosedale Residences. I had trouble maintaining the temperature in the shower. It has digital temperature control that would change from very warm down to cold which was not ideal since I was trying to bathe my baby. The property is beautiful and well kept. The neighbors are quiet and we enjoyed the views. We’d definitely return here anytime we aren’t staying with family.
