Located directly opposite the sand, this comfortable coastal apartment offers an easy beachside escape close to cafés, surf clubs and some of the Southern Gold Coast’s best walking and bike paths.

The first-floor apartment (walk up access) features an open-plan living and dining area that flows out to a beachfront balcony offering ocean views. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding after a day at the beach, this is the kind of spot that makes holiday living feel easy.

Comfortably accommodating couples or small groups, the apartment offers two bedrooms, including the main bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Ceiling fans and ocean breezes help keep the apartment cool and comfortable year-round.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy holiday meals. There is also a full bathroom, separate toilet and internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Sunrise Court is a small beachfront complex in an unbeatable location directly across from the beach and only a short stroll to North Kirra Surf Club, local cafés and takeaway options. The Oceanway walking and bike path runs right out the front, making it easy to explore the coastline from Currumbin through to Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay.

Sunrise Court 3 a great option for a relaxing adults getaway, however is unsuitable for bookings with children.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately a 6-minute drive south of the property and Gold Coast Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

    1.Not refundable 2.No WIFI 3.Property is 18 minutes walking distance from airport, not 8 minutes. If you need to check-in or check-out, need more than 40 minutes walk from airport 4.not suitable for international travelers because not provide lining, etc. The rent is not any cheaper than other places.

    The biggest plus for the property is its spaciousness. The neighbours were also friendly and it was pretty quiet overall. Also the kitchen was well-equipped. Suggestions: replace the old dryer, which needs to be continually re-started while operating; and replace the single beds, which were not comfortable.

    Stayed three weeks, wish I could have stayed longer. Loved it, everything within walking distance and only a bus ride to Surfers Paradise.
