Sunrise 8☀Beach Facing, large pool & guard in the ♥ of town

Loved this property!! Definitely would recommend it! Walking distance to everything!

Absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of Tamarindo. We were able to walk everywhere and were so happy to not have to drive to anything although the parking was easy and convenient at the condo. Washer and dryer were great. Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach. Was an easy walk across the street to the beach. My only complaint was a lack of beach stuff: no beach towels, sand toys, boogie board or chairs. This is a minor complaint in the end but it seems like an easy fix. We ended up leaving all the sand toys and boogie board we had purchased. Would absolutely stay there again. Plenty of dining options within an easy walk. Felt extremely safe as well.

Location was awesome

GREAT location, thoughtful welcoming gifts. Well equipped. (Some pots and pans could use replacing as most were non stick so getting “tired”. We didn’t mention it’s during our stay because we easily made due with the large stainless pan and other supplies that were there.)Good amounts of everything else. Nice pool, safe and secure. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

It was our first trip to Costs Rica. Our experience with this unit and owner was awesome! They answered all my questions. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

Great location and stay - highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay. We read all the online reviews so we knew exactly what to expect. For us however, because we surf, it was underrated on just how convenient it was to our surfing! We will definitely be back. The only issue we had; In December when I made my initial payment it was on a card I had to claim Fraud on, issuing me a new card. I had sent the owner messages making sure my new card transferred and it did not, causing frustrating trying to check in. I just wish I would have been communicated to from my VBRO site and the owner. Other than that, once we were in, all great. The pool was amazing. If anyone is looking to rent Boards, Jose who owns Moore Surf, absolutely a fantastic guy and a super instructor for me. Heart of gold.

I would give this property 10 stars if that was an option. The suite and property is well taken care of and in an excellent location. Security is excellent and very friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine, a fresh bag of Costa Rica coffee and a nice welcome note. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent were supplied. Lots of cleaning supplies and towels for the pool and beach. We stayed 16 days and the maid came twice to clean. She did a good job and spoke good English. On the second day someone left a delicious loaf of buns and a jar of applesauce. Maybe a bakery promotion but we could not find the store later to thank them. Also let RPM(management company) know a couple of things that were not working and they had maintenance repair them before we returned to the condo that day. Never seen that before!! Very friendly and prompt with the service for sure. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Costa Rica.

The location was perfect. Short walk to a great beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was comfortable and had a nice view of the water.

The place was nice and clean and cooled on arrival. It is dated which you can tell by photos but has everything you need. Master bath has no real room for toiletries so we used a stool and the coffee make absolutely needs to be replaced! Took forever to make a pot and the pause and serve feature no longer works. We enjoyed the patio where one of of use could sit to see the beach. Management company was good with communication and we enjoyed many restaurants around town. Tamarindo was a great experience.

This was a nice location to stay, easy walk to beach and downtown shopping. They also responded quickly to an issue I noted with the AC, fixed by the afternoon. The condo is well kept up, and the nice kitchen was great since we were trying to eat in mostly

Nice spacious condo across from the beach. Me, my wife and two kids really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a one week stay.

First off, the pictures don't do justice to the interior decorations. The paint is not that garish in real life, the orange and green will not burn your eyes out, and the surfboards mounted on walls with high ceilings look great. The hosts left a little gift bag of coffee & wine to get started. I needed to go next the shop next door to pick up coffee filters & a corkscrew, but that was a minor detail. The location is perfect for dawn patrol surfing or simply walking on the beach at sunrise. Easily walkable to restaurants, and quiet away from everything. There is dedicated parking & a guard house.

Property has a nice pool and great location. It's right in the heart of Tamarindo which has a nice surf beach. It's not the prettiest town but has lots of food options. Condo isn't the most luxurious but it all works. Bunk bed in kids room is very high and doesn't have a safety rail or a ladder that we saw.
