Sunnyside Apartment #2, 1 of 3 - 1/2 mile to Dreams Park gate, pool

Very close and convenient to Dreams Park for baseball. Nearby supermarket and restaurants. Not a long drive to Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame. Very clean, was pleasantly surprised with room.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the pool was crystal clear and fully fenced in. The property felt very private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day at the Cooperstown Dream park. Communication with the host was a breeze; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just two minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This was the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people. It’s right across from Dreams Park. The bed is super comfortable. Has everything you need and super close to everything. Owners/host are so kind and helpful and super responsive. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside! The apartment is a bit older, but it was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was super convenient—just 5 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was quiet, private, and felt like a peaceful getaway. The pool was a nice bonus, good for unwinding after a busy day. Would definitely recommend!

This Sunnyside apartment was very clean and super close to Cooperstown dreams Park. The apartment was full of amenities. There was an inground pool and grilling area with picnic tables for all your family needs. Perfect Location

My husband stayed here during my son‘s baseball tournament, and had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for him, and the amenities were great. He was able to make a cup of coffee in the morning, do laundry, and he said the bed was extremely comfortable! The host was also amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place, if you’re in Cooperstown for any reason!

The room is perfect for a couple attending Cooperstown baseball tournament. We were able to come back during rain delays and for lunches. Love the location.

Great place to stay when your kid is playing at the Dream Park. Literally 2 minute drive and you are in the park. Two minutes other direction your at the grocery store

Perfect accommodation for one or two people. Clean, comfortable and very convenient to the Dreams Park. Not a lot of frills, but everything you will need at an affordable price. I especially appreciated the TV options and the air cleaner.
