SUNNY second floor 2BD, 2BT

Adorable property, very nice and responsive owners. Clean and had beach chairs ready for use. HOWEVER- just be aware that this property does not have 2 actual bedrooms. It is one master bedroom and then basically a studio apartment (living room/kitchen with a bed in the room). The pictures are misleading making it look like their is two actual bedrooms and two couches in the living room- that is not the case.

10/10 wonderful spot! Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed the clean, up-to-date accommodations! It was a great location and we enjoyed Cisco Beach during the day and in-town in the evenings. It was nice to be able to enjoy some restaurants mid-island. We had a lovely family vacation...thank you!

We spent a great long weekend here, everything is as advertised and Elena left us a book with great suggestions for activities and dining. Newly renovated, clean, sunny spot - we hope to come back!

This stay was even better than we were expecting! My best friend and I have been coming to Nantucket since our teens, so we've stayed allover the island and this is definitely a rental we would come back to. It was perfect that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, spaced apart from each other for privacy. Elena had just renovated, and she did an incredibly thoughtful job. Everything felt premium and tasteful. Super clean as well! The beds are really comfortable and the linens and towels are high quality. The shower in the master bedroom is gorgeous, and the second bathroom has a convenient shelf built into the tub. We loved having the washer/dryer unit there. The rooms are spacious and it's a nice touch that each has its own couch. We both were working remotely and I enjoyed the desk nook in my room. There is an abundance of natural light throughout the whole rental. The kitchenette was fitted with everything we needed. There is plenty of closet space in both rooms, too. The Wave bus stop is just down the road, so it's easy to get into town if you don't feel like biking or calling a cab. (Although it's only a $10 cab ride into town, which is nice.) If you don't know the Wave, it comes every 20 minutes and is $2 (but bring cash and use small bills!) We stayed for two weeks. During that time, other people were in the rental downstairs and in the back studio but we could not hear them when in our rooms so don't worry about your stay feeling private. The back studio has its own closed off yard; the downstairs rental has a separate entrance than the upstairs, so you truly do not have to interact with anyone but your own group. The downstairs has its own closed off deck, too, so everyone really kept to themselves. This unit has access to the front yard which is on the corner of the street, making for a nice view of the neighborhood. I think my only criticism is the front yard furniture/setup could use a little love, especially if you wanted to sit out there and have a cocktail. Oh and the AC units are new and work really well! Lots of good lighting, too. Elena is very responsive if you need anything and she made sure to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She seemed genuinely interested in our feedback, which shows she cares. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay! Having 2 showers was a big plus! Easy to Uber to town, beaches and Cisco brewery! I highly recommend for a girls weekend! There is a lovely breakfast/lunch cafe a short walk from the Vrbo. Elena and her family are wonderful hosts!

Very nice stay. Parking was a little challenge as the driveway is only wide enough for one car and there are two other rentals so coordinating cars with the schedules of others means reaching out to the others... or you just park in the street.
