Sunny, quiet flat in the heart of Venice, near Rialto Bridge

We loved the area, it was a short walk to all the spots we wanted to hit and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The property was very cute and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

This flat is in a great location for exploring the city either by foot or on the boats. It was ideally suited for families. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen. The flat is on the second floor, and there are no lifts. The host was very friendly, and came to check that we were okay following our self check in. The host communicated well before the trip, and offered useful advice on getting from the airport and places to visit during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment is in a perfect location in Venice. Very close to Rialto Bridge and short walk to St Mark's Square. There are shops and restaurants and gelato right around the corner. We loved our stay here. The only problem we had was there is no A/C in the second bedroom so the kids had to leave their window open at night which wouldn't normally be a problem except that let in some very aggressive mosquitos. An A/C unit in the second bedroom would make this small Venice apartment perfect!

The apartment of Marco is very well situated in Venice. Rooms are perfect, air conditionning is working well. We stayed there for 4 nights with our 3 children and it was perfect ! We recommand this place to visit Venice with familly. Marco was very reactiv when we had questions!

Property was central to everything and yet off the main area so it was quiet in the evening. Very close to Rialto bridge and easy access to the public ferries. The property is a bit tired, but it had everything we needed for our stay.

Marco was a great host! Communicated well and gave great videos on directions and operation of things in the unit. Very quiet unit which was appreciated after long days of touring Venice. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay in Venice. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is a comfortable apartment for two adults and two children. It was very quiet, located within a small courtyard and around the corner to shopping, bars and restaurants. Approx. a 5 minute walk to Rialto. On location alone, this property is a 5 star. I removed a star due to a lack of basic amenities (paper towels, kitchen towels, kleenex, napkins). The host was very responsive, very nice and very quick to assist. Very detailed and efficient check-in. Thank you again Marco!

Fantastic location, walking distance to the Rialto Bridge, St. Marks Square, open market, all kinds of restaurants and shops.

Amazing location, easy access to sights, restaurants, beautiful walks. Apartment is in a quiet courtyard off bustle of Rialto bridge—walk outside and a few turns and you are in the middle of everything. Loved it. Apartment clean and convenient, perfect for family.

Met at the waterbus stop & wisked from busy, buzzy Rialto bridge to the quiet haven of the appt. Two flights of stairs with no lift, to a cosy two bedroomed appt, perfect for our family stay. Central to all the sights. Lovely stay.
