Stayed Jul 17, 2025Access to eateries is within walking distance. Not much noise during stay and roomy enough for 2. Must contact through texts not respond through emails. The response/communication wasn’t clear or prompt. Once I contacted the “emergency “ number they responded right away. Our issue was that housekeeping didn’t clean room prior to our stay. Otherwise all was as advertised.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024My 16-year-old son and I traveled to South Dakota for adventure and outdoor recreation. We chose Rapid City because it is centrally located to all of the things we wanted to see and experience. The room served its purpose, and the location was great. Communication with the owner was efficient, and the response time was quick. We asked the owner prior to arrival for bedding for the pullout sofa bed, and it was there when we checked in. The only two things I would suggest are new sponges for cleaning dishes, and the mattress on the sofa bed could be updated. We didn't spend much time in the room, and as I mentioned before, it was a great location that met our needs. We really loved South Dakota!
