Stayed Jul 10, 2025This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property!

Stayed May 28, 2025Pictures don't do it justice! Large space, everything you need, great location. Quite area. Had small issues come up during stay. All were addressed immediately! We will return when going back to the area. Highly recommend staying with this property owner.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025My husband and I stopped here overnight on a long road trip to California, and it was a great spot to rest and refresh. Everything was nice and clean, check-in was easy, no complaints here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and I especially liked that this was our first glimpse of the mountains after driving for days through the Midwest.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The check in was easy. They communicated very well. I loved how it was remodeled. Very cozy. The bathroom has a heat fan in it. Loved that on those cold Colorado mornings. Will stay again.

Stayed May 11, 2024My stay was great! Location was convenient to major highways, stores, restaurants, and etc. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe as I was able to walk around to exercise, get proper rest, and even work remotely. The location is also great if planning to tour, as I did around Denver, Colorado Springs, and other surrounding cities. The host was responsive and answered any questions I had. The place itself was clean, comfy, updated and offered free parking. I would recommend anyone considering staying here and I would come back to visit.
