Stayed May 28, 2025Beautiful property, all brand new, very clean, well stock, the only issue was some noise from the renters upstairs.

Stayed Jun 23, 2026The property was very clean and the owner responded promptly to all communication. The location was great and was a short distance from beaches, parks, restaurants, and the light rail station. The kitchen and bedrooms were nicely furnished and all appliances were easy to use.Note that this unit is a refurbished basement. I think when this unit was refurbished, they didn't put any insulation or sound dampening between the floors as you can hear everything that happens upstairs, talking, tv, walking, appliance usage, etc. This can be troublesome if you're flying from a different timezone and want to go to sleep early and before the upstairs tenants stop walking around and making noise.The number of beds is also slightly inaccurate. The listing stated two twin beds in the living room. This turned out to be just sleeping on the couch, not pull out couches. The couch itself is a sectional, so if you're taller than 36, you're going to feel the edge of the sectional when you lie down. Especially because the cushions on the sectional seem to have been used for 10 years and provide little actual cushioning. Sitting and sleeping on the sectional are not comfortable and I would not recommend sleeping on it. That leaves 3 beds (a king, a queen, and a twin). The king and twin beds seemed to be firm enough to support a grown adult without sinking. The queen bed was not firm enough without sinking like a rock.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Location, neighborhood was good and convenient as I was familiar with the area. Unit was clean and updated, great kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Just missing the peaceful, up stair tenants noisy, sounded like they were bowling or practicing for marching band, whatever it was it came with obscenities and the noise was like they were in the next room. sound proofing would have been an invaluable addition to the remodel.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We stayed at Colin's VRBO in Echo Lake and had a lovely time. The location is perfect, very easy to get out to the surrounding areas. The whole apartment was very comfortable and well fitted. We would absolutely stay at Colin's place again!

Stayed May 9, 2025Rental was very clean, modern and comfortable. It is in a very pretty and quiet suburban setting. Close to public transportation. Collin was a helpful and responsive host. We would stay here again.
