We had an incredible time. The unit was clean and across the street from exceptional restaurants and live music venues. Highly recommended.

Great place to be, but you need to be ok with the late night noise and chaos of Frenchman Street. Which is why we're over here. Downside? There are a lot of stairs .

Great spot for live music . The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The music is pretty loud at night however that’s what we came for was live music. We would definitely book again. The host is very responsive and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. 5

Stayed a week in this comfy, cozy, well-equipped efficiency. Jazz lover here so I embraced every horn, every drum, every tuba and even the early morning trash pick ups you can hear. Comfy bed, accent chair, tiny dinette set and tiny clothes rack but that's it. The two gates and climb to the 3rd floor are super easy and felt nice to be keyless. Convenient walk to the River, Jackson Square, and Robert's grocery store. My resto recs are Frenchmen All Day (chef Dwayne's gumbo; shrimp & crawfish baked potato); Ayu Bakery (Kaya bun; jalapeño cornbread cookie); Lil Dizzy's (fried chicken, catfish, gumbo). Will rent again even during another sneaux storm!

Of course this is on Frenchmen street so it is going to be loud, raucous and a bit chaotic, but we are very familiar with what goes on so that was no surprise. The hot water takes quit a while to get hot but other than that all was great. Enjoyed our stay.

My Husband & I spent our Honeymoon here over the week of NYE and we had the best time ever. We are both very laid back people, so we didn't make many plans outside of walking distance from the Vrbo. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfy, and the sound of Jazz music and NOLA nightlife lulled us to sleep peacefully each night. The room's ambiance and location provided a relaxing, romantic, and convenient experience for the both of us. We highly recommend trying the Burgers at the Vampire Cafe, walking along the Mississippi River to visit the Audubon Aquarium, and admiring the Artwork on St. Anne, we thoroughly enjoyed these adventures ourselves and look forward to our next visit.

Located in between the Bywater and the quarter on Frenchmen street. Great location! Loud at night but expected for this location. Free parking on certain blocks on Elysian Fields Ave.

As a first time visitor to NOLA, I didn’t quite know what to expect while staying in the French Quarter. We wanted somewhere within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and sites and this place was perfect for that. Craig started us off with specific instructions on how to get in and out of the apartment, where to park and even listed some local nearby places. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Craig stayed in touch to make sure we settled in okay and obviously would have been attentive had we needed anything. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. We didn’t need a place with a ton of room since we knew we’d be out the majority of our stay. Had we needed to prepare food, the kitchenette was perfectly equipped for small meals or reheating leftovers. The bed was soft and as a heavy sleeper, I did not mind the noise of the French Quarter at night though my light-sleeping boyfriend took advantage of the provided ear plugs. TLDR; If we visit again, we’ll be staying here again.

This property is right on Frenchman in the middle of all the life. It’s also close to other highlights like the market and bourbon. It was quaint and cute, it is a 3 floor walk up but it was worth it!

Great location! Close proximity to the French Quarter (and all of its cuisine) and a perfect location to take in live music. Found the people and establishments along Frenchman to be extremely friendly. Dont let the live music from across the street deter you. It lulled us to sleep each night!
