Stayed Dec 31, 1969A nice property with lovely views across the lake in a pleasant village with a very good boulangerie not far away. The interior is well decorated and has all the facilities required.

Stayed Jun 21, 2016The apartment is large and spacious with a great view over the lake to the mountains. Just about everything you could need for an enjoyable stay with easy access to the lakeside. Very clean and bright inside. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. It even has an electric BBQ (we did not use it so can not comment on it's efficiency.) Easy access to Annecy and to the South (Where the best roads are) Only negative comments are, Internet is very slow - this being due to it connecting via mobile rather than cable. Traffic noise from the road is quite loud during the peak periods but it does go quieter later into the evenings. To be honest we only found it to be a nuisance on a couple of occasions. If it was not for the above we would not hesitate to give it 5 stars.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Owners helpful en friendly.There ' french' English is lovely understandable, also for dutch people like us. We were on the second floor. Splendid views through two high windows on the lake and mountains around. A nice veranda around the house. (No too) soft bed; bathroom with two washbasins and broad mirror and shower. Water is soft, from a boiler, good warm. Kitchen neat, not to big, a simple diner can be cooked. Fridge with freezer clean and empty. After enjoying the mountains (far) around in different ways, this is a cozy, warm and safe place to return ' home' . Sure a place to stay once again. Thank you very much!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed very much our stay. We spent a few days in this spacious and modern apartment, with bonus view on the lake and mountains. The location was convenient, a short drive from Annecy in the lovely and quiet village of Duingt. We wished we had chosen to stay longer. The tenants have been very welcoming.
