Excellent property with some fine architectural details. Well furnished if somewhat dated, very spacious interior. If the building had a balcony it would have glorious to enjoy the evening view across valley! Hosts most welcoming and helpful. All in all great place to stay,

We were here for a family wedding. If we were ever visiting this area again we would ALWAYS want to stay here.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Le Castel. A beautiful traditional home that is tastefully furnished and is surrounded by well kept gardens. Windows open up to picturesque views of the lake and its adjoining mountains. Colette and Roger present an immaculate home with exceptional cleanliness. They are lovely people who are very welcoming. Le Castel is in a perfect spot with a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The self-contained apartment is on the first floor. It is spotlessly clean and is well-equipped. Colette and her husband are excellent hosts, very welcoming, helpful and friendly without being intrusive . We had a wonderful week here.

Quelle maison! Collette & her family were kind and welcoming. The location is easily accessible, but off the beaten path. I hope I can return to this wonderful place.

Colette's house was more than expected...a true Castle :-) I loved the location with amazing views, and having an entire floor just for us, with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a large bedroom was fantastic. I wish I could have stayed more than one night. Colette is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcomed from start to end. She even had her son welcome us and help with translation, as my French is unfortunately really poor. If I would ever have a chance to visit France again, this is the place I would like to come back to. Close to Lac de Annecy and the mountains makes it the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend this location and accommodation

We had such a pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s location is perfect for those who like peace and quiet with village convenience nearby. The views over the lake and surrounding countryside from inside the apartment and from the terrace are amazing - just what you go to Lake Annecy to enjoy. Inside, the appartment is spacious and comfortable, simply but adequately equipped. Our hosts Collette and Roger, who live downstairs, made sure everything was satisfactory and were very friendly, but left us to enjoy the tranquility. The week’s highlight was renting cycles to tour around the lake, partly on an excellent segregated and paved cycle path that runs very close to the appartment. Plus, of course, excellent hill walks, a lake tour and swimming. It all exceeded expectations, boosted by some great weather. Many thanks to our hosts. We hope to see you again.
