Stylish 3 Bedroom W/ AC ❄️, Mesh WiFi , Billiards table, Games ,parking

Our stay was amazing and so comfortable. Me and my team couldn't ask for a more relaxing place to stay at while being out there for work. Thank you and I 100percent recommend to book.

Brian & Miranda’s place was so nice inside. It was the perfect spot for my family of five since it had 3 bedrooms. Communication was so easy and so was check in and out. The best part was the homeowners provide anything and everything you could need. I’ve never stayed in a place with so many complimentary items. I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels in the kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

Our host Brian was amazing! Super helpful with great communication. House was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in while visiting our son at U of R didn't seem as safe. This home and neighborhood definitely did! Only wished there’d have a been a 2nd bathroom. Otherwise a big thumbs up! Thx Brian for being a gracious host!

Great communication with host, clean property and well stocked. only complain: the floor is not level so pool table acts funny sometime. Still served the purpose of the trip well for a Graduation.

Older house. Recent nice interior re-do. Excellent layout - made the kitchen a little small, but a 2-bedroom area has a door before you get to the bedroom doors (good for blocking out noise), and the main bdrm off the lounge is very large. Shower is large enough, which is unusually good. Parking fine. Couple of small hiccoughs along the road, but immediate response from host fixed those.

Communicative host who genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. Property was clean and well organized.

My stay coincided with a lot of snow. Best was the off-street parking. Also liked the attention to detail.

The only thing I noticed was that the XBox360 wouldn’t eject.Everything was in great shape otherwise.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was so beautiful and was a pleasure to stay at. Would absolutely book it again given the opportunity to do so! I really fell in love with the city during this trip, and plan to revisit again hopefully soon!

Brian, our host, was great! Very welcoming and told us to let him know of anything he could do/provide. The rental was spacious and clean and was perfect for our weekend stay!

Great location, very responsive hosts, plenty of room, clean, safe, tons of amenities.Didn't have to worry about parking at all. We made use of the laundry machines, pool table, dart board, puzzles, and office desk.Plenty of places to eat on Monroe Ave, which was easily within walking distance.We only had 3 guests but could have fit more. The single bathroom and small dining table may be a concern for larger groups. Beds were large and shower was spacious.

The property was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The host was excellent, friendly, responsive, and prompt with communication. The location offered easy access to the highway and was close to great restaurants and local events. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for our visit to Rochester. It had everything we needed. The pool table and games were an enjoyable addition. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to most everything. Brian was great, a super responsive host.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, temperature is comfortable and host couldn’t be more accommodating and thoughtful.

The check-in process was super easy and straightforward. The house was very clean and felt like home. The host forgot to leave us paper towels but was willing to provide us some quickly. The only thing my group wished was different was having a bigger/comfier couch to all sit on as there was limited space for our party of 3 to get cozy and watch our tv show. Over great stay and would definitely stay here again.

In for a wedding downtown Rochester. Great location, walking distance to bars, food and dollar store.. :)

This was our second time renting this house. Both stays have been wonderful. The hosts communicated well and quickly.

This was a perfect stay. We wanted a place where our RIT freshman could get away and focus for finals week. We hung out together, played games and he could carve out space to study…and sleep, and have home cooked meals.Very clean, and was a nice home away from home.

We loved staying in this home. It’s lovingly renovated and really well decorated and equipped. It’s so close to many of the best restaurants and shopping in the Rochester area. We were just amazed. Communication with Brian and Miranda was excellent as well. Will definitely return for more stays.

The host is very friendly, very accommodating!!! The house is perfect extremely clean!! Games to keep you satisfied, comfy bedding and overall absolute. Definitely plan on visiting again! It would be perfect for a summer stay!!!

The house was charming and the perfect size for the three of us. The hosts thought of everything one might need when vacationing. They were quick to respond to questions and let us know they were coming over to scrape/salt the driveway and steps. I’ve already booked another stay

Great fun property to stay at while in Rochester! The pool table and dart board provided hours of fun! The property is very well kept and had everything we needed for the stay. The owners were extremely helpful on dining suggestions and any other questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
