Stylish 1BD 1BA Near OSU

Excellent location with parking out front and located within easy walking distance of Columbus Crew Stadium. Clean, adequate housing in a college town neighborhood with neighborhood restaurants close by.

Place was in a great location. We were there for a game and it’s so close to High Street. Even though it’s located where a bunch of college students are, we didn’t hear a thing. I would stay there again!

Great place to stay. Much better than a hotel/motel. Internet went down a few times. Downstairs apartment so had to listen to upstairs neighbors wall around when they were home. Not bad though. Host was fast and easy to communicate with.

Perfect stay in the heart of student off campus housing. Location was North Campus, an easy 25 minute walk from campus and less to bars, breweries, and restaurants! Free street parking was a breeze. It was 40 minute walk to the Horseshoe, close enough to walk and far enough so after the game we were able to stay out of the cluster of traffic and get to the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed the porch since Dale thought ahead and brought chairs.We were less than 1/2 mile from both daughters, and the venue for Erin's White Coat Ceremony, and Cazuela's.

Very clean and comfortable! Could not have asked for better! Roomy for a one bedroom! We were showing livestock at the state fair and were able to get back and forth with our golf cart.

The host was great with answering questions and the apt was just as it was described!

Parking was super easy and everything was just as the pictures depicted.

It was perfect, simple and cozy really didn’t spend much time in there overall five stars. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

When I first pulled up I won’t lie I said “oh no” because from the outside it was a little bit of a jump scare but inside it was very cute, clean, and had everything I needed for my couple of nightsIt would be nice to have a tv for in the bedroom but that’s minor. But the internet is VERY un reliable. As in internet stopped 5 times while watching one movie so tv was pretty much out of order anyway. But over all would stay again if in the area :)

This property was perfect for my teens who came into town for a concert.The property was very clean and in a great neighborhood.

This was a terrific location for a quick OSU visit. The property was clean and as advertised. I thought on street parking would be difficult, but we had no issues at all. The place was really nice and I would definitely stay here again. The host replied quickly to my message/question and all in all, it was a great stay!

This was a great place to stay. the location was perfect to walk to the OSU football game. We will definitely stay here again when we return for a game.

My husband, cousin and I stayed here for the annual quarter horse congress at the fairgrounds. It is literally a 3 minute drive as long as you have a congress pass. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the blow up bed was fine and worked well for my cousin.id definitely stay here again!

Lovely, quiet apartment in a larger house. I loved the tree lined streets. Parking was close and available but pay attention to bi-weekly street cleaning and the need to park on the side street. Apt was clean and very comfortable.
