Gilmour Street train Station is a short 6 or 7 walk and local buses serving Paisley and Glasgow are a minute walk away.
Located only 1 mile from the M8 Motorway and about 3 miles from Glasgow International Airport, the apartment's location is extremely ideal for the business traveller as it only takes minutes to quickly and easily access the Motorway system and Glasgow Airport.
For the Tourist on holiday this also means quick access to Loch Lomond (about 30 minutes drive) and beyond.
At the nearby Phoenix park there is also a Multiplex Cinema, Asda Supermarket (about 5 minutes drive) and even nearer is the Lagoon Leisure Pool which is just around the corner and about a 4 minute walk.
The local Barshaw Park is also close by with large Pond and lovely walks.

    Well maintained with all the convenience of home. Very close proximity to busses and trains and only a 10 min ride from airport. Would definitely stay there again.

    Stayed here 2 times now with my young family as it's a lovely, clean, modern apartment. Great location and easy to get around. Easy parking. Great communication and assistance from owners too. Highly recommend.

    The kitchen was well stocked with pots etc. Washing machine with airing horse very helpful. Storage for clothes. Bathroom really lovely with huge shower. Whole place really easy and comfortable to stay in. Buses nearby, apartment well placed for visitors. The owner was very helpful during our stay and he emailed instructions in advance. He was also very patient when I got things wrong. Would definitely go again.

    The property is central and free parking is a real bonus. Modern, clean and well equipped in all areas.Felt very secure too. Reasonably priced property. Convenience stores and Morrison's supermarket within easy walking distance. Paisley had a lot of good quality eateries and quirky bars to visit as well as the architectural gems around the place. Locals were friendly and helpful with directions and ideas of interesting features. A very positive few days and would certainly recommend this property.

    Wonderful apartment warm and comfy and at the same time quite chic More than enough space for four we found . Only two minor faults ..... not enough light from main living room light and maybe another comfy chair ? But like I said very minor and no detriment to the overall feel and look of flat. Well looked after and kept very clean and more than enough China etc. All in all really good flat and we all enjoyed our wee holiday break better for staying there.

    Brian is a friendly and easy to communicate host. His apartment was really very modern and very close to both the Glasgow airport as well as the city of Glasgow. Very well equipped, spotless clean with a most convenient parking space on the grounds. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Glalsgow. Thanks a lot Brian
