ABOUT THIS SPACEbrThe 'Paisley Panda Flat' is a fully licensed ground floor flat situated in a pleasant residential area in the heart of Paisley.brFrom the window you can catch a glimpse of the main campus of the University of the West of Scotland.brThere is free parking & good public transport.brWe do not charge cleaning fees, just leave the place clean & tidy upon check out.brWe have three other listings; 'Paisley Pineapple Flat', 'Cosy Cactus Flat - Western Paisley', & 'Paisley Pattern Flat'.brbrbrOUR WEBSITEbrwww.holidaylets.aibrbrbrLIVING ROOMbrThe living room has a three-seater and two-seater sofa - there is a also storage pouffe which contains a cosy blanket.brThe dining area has up to six chairs available.brThere is a 43", UHD, Samsung smart television with apps installed such as Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime - so you can log in and continue watching your favourite shows or movies from where you left off.brOur broadband has a minimum download speed of 40 mbps and a minimum upload speed of 18 mbps.brA 'Sonos' Symfonisk lamp doubles as a speaker - this allows you to listen to your favourite music or radio stations with premium sound- we provide a tablet with the Sonos and Spotify apps already installed.brbrbrKITCHENbrWe provide a toaster, kettle, microwave, fan oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer and iron.brEveryday cooking utensils and crockery are stored in the cupboards - you will find plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards, pots and pans. We are more than happy for you to use these items, but we kindly request that you clean your dishes and put them away after using them. In addition, any mess created while using the microwave, fridge freezer, oven or hob should also be cleaned.brWe provide some condiments and cleaning goods to get you started - such as washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, kitchen roll, bin liners, tea bags and sachets of salt, pepper, coffee and sugar.brWe hope you won't need them but we have a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and mini first aid kit in the kitchen.brIf you are unfamiliar with the washer dryer you can use the clothes horse which is stored in the triple bunk bedroom wardrobe. You'll also find the ironing board in there. The Dyson vacuum cleaner is kept under the triple bunk bed.brbrbrBATHROOMbrThe bathroom has toilet, bath, electric shower, sink, mirror and heated towel rail.brWe provide enough shampoo, hand wash and toilet roll to get you started.brThe bath can be slippery so please take care.brPlease note that some items are kept on the window ledge behind the shower screen.brbrbrBEDROOMSbrThe main bedroom has a storage bed, bedside table with lamp, two chairs and a set of drawers stored in the large wardrobe. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience. A small LCD TV is kept in the wardrobe and has an Amazon fire stick plugged into it that allows you to access various apps.brThe second bedroom has a triple bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed up top. A separate single bed can also be slept on. A set of drawers is kept in the large wardrobe, along with an ironing board and clothes horse.brbrFor families with small children a travel cot, high chair, and pop up bed can be provided upon request.brbrbrTHREE REQUESTSbrWe kindly ask that you take care of and show respect to the flat if you decide to book with us. This place is not suitable for you if you cannot adhere to this request.brAdditionally, we would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes at the entrance whenever possible - this will greatly assist in maintaining the condition of the flooring.brLastly, enjoy your stay. Whether you want to visit the beautiful Paisley Abbey, enjoy a stroll in one of the nearby parks, or immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture, everything is within walking distance from our flat. This allows for a smooth waste management system and ensures a clean and tidy environment for all concerned.brbrbrSERVICINGbrWe have dehumidifiers in the living room and both bedrooms - it is important that you use these devices when cooking, ironing or drying clothes to prevent the accumulation of moisture.brFor longer stays we conduct inspections of the flat approximately every fourteen days, or whenever necessary.brDuring these visits we aim to address any minor maintenance issues that arise. Rest assured we will provide you with prior notice of these visits and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.brbrbrHEATING & ELECTRICITYbrPower is included in the cost of your stay.brTo offer competitive nightly rates we have priced our accommodations based on fair power usage.brDuring the colder months we ensure the living room is heated to a comfortable 21 degrees Celsius, while other rooms are set a couple of degrees lower. Overnight, when guests are typically asleep, we lower the thermostat until approximately 6am.brAt any point you can boost the temperature for a timed period.brbrbrSECURITYbrThe flat is alarmed via 'Ring' - we set the code to be the last four digits of your phone number.brAn external camera monitors the main door in the close - this is normally only accessed if a concern is raised.brThe residents who stay in the building will appreciate friendly visitors to the flat who show mutual respect. It is deemed deeply inappropriate to disturb the residents of the building who are going about their normal, everyday lives i.e. work etc. Guests will have their stay ended early if any disturbances are reported.brbrbrIDENTIFICATIONbrYou will be asked to send a copy of photographic identification for each guest staying at our place via our messaging platform.brYou should only ever have the number of guests you have booked for in the apartment, and these guests will have provided us with their identifications before arriving.brbrbrYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESbrIf you book this flat you will be held responsible for both your own actions and the actions of your companions.brIn the event that any damage occurs or if our space is neglected, you will cover the costs of repairing or replacing the affected items.brbrbrR.E.S.P.E.C.TbrWe kindly request that you leave the flat in the same neat, clean, and tidy condition as it was when you arrived - this allows our prices to be competitive.brWe expect you to leave the flat, more or less, as you found it - at the end of your stay our cleaner carries out a basic service that includes washing used towels and bed linen, with some hygiene cleaning in the toilet and kitchen (we have budgeted for this in your costings).brThe cleaner does NOT pick up your rubbish, dispose of your belongings or remove stains from furnishings - we do not plan or budget for this type of cleaning and the £250 bill we receive for a domestic cleaner will be charged to you.brWe do NOT wash or put away any of your used crockery, pots, pans or utensils. We also do not expect to clean the oven, hob, microwave or fridge freezer after your stay - we do not plan or budget for this type of cleaning and the £250 bill we receive for a kitchen porter will be charged to you.brbrbrNO PETSbrWe are NOT pet friendly.brbrbrNO PARTIESbrOur license does not permit gatherings or parties.brbrbrNO SMOKINGbrOur license, and local law, forbids smoking and vaping in or around the property.
