Stunning Pantheon View experience in the heart of Rome

Clean, charming, & functional. Lucia was very kind & even ordered one baby item for us. location was central. Stove didn’t work & Lucia kindly sent her friend to try to fix it. After an hour of her trying & FaceTiming with Lucia, we had to rest so I told her it was fine to just leave it as is. Lucia arrived about 20 minutes before check out time which caught us off guard, but she insisted on helping & even said she’d take our garbage out- I said no, we would do it, but she insisted. She also told us to leave any leftover food for the housekeeper. Not many supplies so best to bring plastic garbage bags, Kleenex, salt & pepper etc. The kitchen utensils aren’t really enough for cooking. Not many bed supplies - only 2 blankets.Beds, sheets & pillows were very comfortable. Bedroom was very charming. The shower is almost too tiny to fit one person, but that is to be expected. Bathtub is large and great. A/C worked well which was great. Strong smell of perfume from a few large perfume bottles with scent sticks, & when we realized there wasn’t a cabinet large enough for them, I asked if we could put them outside & she said yes. We had to move a few top-heavy tables (heavy unattached stone top on a tipsy 3 legged wooden base) since they were hazardous for the baby. Bright & loud in the living room where the sofa bed was, since there were no curtains. But the view was great! No view out the window of the bedroom - a small light well. Not a problem but FYI. A nice stay!!

Lucia was wonderful, she meet us on time and gave us a tour of the apartment. This was her home in the past and it felt like a home. Everything was in excellent condition and worked well. We also had the option to use the clothes washer. The location is excellent, close waking distance to all the main sites. She also gave us great restaurant spots. I would stay here again. Lucia is an exceptional hostess. We couldn’t have been happier staying in her beautiful apartment. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, adjacent to the Pantheon. It was in walking distance of many of the major attractions, as well as restaurants, gelato and coffee. Even with the crowds outside of the Pantheon, the bedroom was extremely quiet. We also felt very safe walking in the area.Lucia was extremely gracious by allowing us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. She met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and answered our questions. Her communication with us was amazing. She even arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and another taxi to take us to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and hospitable hostess.

What an amazing place to stay! Right opposite the Pantheon - as soon as we arrived we felt immersed in Ancient Rome but in a comfortable elegant style! The flat is easy to find and Lucia was so helpful and flexible with communication about our check in. Visiting Rome requires lots of walking and we had a particularly hot spell for May so coming back to an apartment with air conditioning was wonderful. Our 12 year old daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was super comfortable and she loved falling asleep listening to the gentle sounds of the pantheon square. We would absolutely recommend staying in Lucia’s fabulous apartment.

Lucia is an excellent host. She has thought of all the niceties - restaurant referrals and chilled wine in the fridge upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay - slept well and the view - spectacular! Stay here !

This is a beautiful and clean apartment with a perfect location to make your Rome trip an amazing one! Within walking distance to all the major attractions. Lucia is a kind, responsive and flexible host who made us feel welcome right from the start! She helped arrange an early morning taxi for our flight home and checked on us to be sure our trip was going well! I highly recommend staying here and getting the full Rome experience!

We loved staying in Lucia’s apartment. It’s easily walkable to all monuments and there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you need. It’s decorated in typical Italian style with generational pieces from Lucia’s family and carefully selected items Lucia personally selected with great pride. The ceiling in the bedroom even has the original beams! What I loved most was Lucia as a host. Lucia is kind, warm and very responsive to your needs. She truly loves sharing her beautiful apartment and is very welcoming. Thank you Lucia for a beautiful stay. We had an amazing time! Please come see us in Hawaii when you come.

This was such a wonderful stay—far better than a traditional hotel. I truly didn’t want to leave. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a great bonus. There was also plenty of closet space, which made settling in easy and convenient.I especially loved having a separate living room where we could relax and take in the stunning view of the Pantheon—it truly made the experience feel special. Having a table to sit and enjoy takeout was another plus. While we didn’t cook, it was nice to have the option since everything you could need is provided.Lucia has thoughtfully equipped the space with all the essentials, and the location couldn’t be better. The restaurant recommendations she shared were outstanding.I’ll definitely be back!

Lucia was a charming host and the flat was clean and comfortable with a one-of-a-kind view. It was remarkable how quiet the bedroom was even with all of the joyful revelry of the piazza a few steps away.

The host was so welcoming and warm. They maintained communication with us prior to, met us at the apartment, and then took the time to explain the amenities, local businesses, sights and addressed our questions. The location is amazing, the apartment is VERY clean and tidy, great water pressure with plenty of hot/cold water for shower and tub. This was a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!

Lucia’s home was spectacular! You couldn’t ask for a better location and view! The home was beautiful and the wooden beams above the bed were from the 15th century (amazing). The home was fully equipped. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful art and decorations. Nice to have laundry available. Quiet in bedroom - which was a surprise given location overlooking Pantheon. Fun place to people watch and drink espresso and wine!

We still find it hard to believe that this beautiful apartment sits immediately beside the Pantheon. We felt a part of history here! The apartment is exactly as beautiful as all the photos show. Everything you could ever need is provided for you. It is in a busy & fun area but is super quiet in the apartment. Everything is an easy walk from the apartment, all the sights, fabulous restaurants, trattorias, coffee bars and grocery stores.Lucia is the icing on the cake, she is full of energy & enthusiasm! She greeted us, showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area, including all her family’s favorite places to eat. She was easy & responsive to all our communications before & during our 4 night stay. She arranged taxis for us to an event and to the airport on our departure, all right on time for us.We have been to Rome many times before staying in hotels & apartments, but we will never go again unless Lucia’s apartment is available. It is so worth planning a visit around staying in Lucia’s Pantheon apartment!

This property completely lives up to it's pictures and description. Lucia, the property manager, was very helpful in all we asked of her. I still pinch myself remembering the view of the Pantheon.

We recently had the wonderful experience of staying at Lucia’s flat adjacent to the Pantheon. She is delightful and the flat, location and all aspects of her hospitality exceeded our expectations The flat was clean and perfect for us. Great location and communication. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and this was a dream. The host was in constant contact. Everything was as depicted. Pleanty of room. I can not tell you how amazed were were to be so close to the Pantheon. Book it if you can!

It is a very elegant apartment right next to the very busy Pantheon. But the windows blocked out most of the noise in the living room and ALL the noise in the bedroom. The location is great, and we walked to all the sights; museums, St Peter's, Colosseum etc. Being early April, we never used the heater or a/c. And would certainly love to come back.

This place a perfect spot if you are planning on seeing all the top sites in Rome. We walked everywhere and nothing (from the coliseum, to Vatican City, or any of the amazing neighborhoods) was more 15-20 minutes away. Also, It felt amazing to open the full length windows and have the pantheon right in front of you. There are a a bunch of good restaurants and pizzerias mere steps away. Lucia was great too. She explained everything about the place to use to ensure an easy stay there. If we needed anything, she quickly responded. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay at Lucia’s incredible home could not have been more perfect. From the initial inquiry on VRBO to the sad ending of our too short 3 day stay, Lucia could not have been more available, or attentive. Every detail, small to large was in place to ensure we felt spoiled and at home. The history in her space is evident and beautiful. It is then juxtaposed with gorgeous modern art, decorations and style. We fell in love with this space. Then, we only needed to go out the front door to step into the centre of the city, where we could walk everywhere, and we did!!! We loved Rome, our home while we were there and Lucia who made it all so special for us. Arrivederci for now…we will be back!!!

My wife and I were on the last leg of a 3 week trip through Croatia and Italy. For our 4 night stay in Rome we decided to rent this apartment rather than stay in a hotel. Best decision we’ve made! The apartment is so beautiful and well appointed. With not 1, but 2 Juliet balcony windows overlooking the columns of the Pantheon. The owner, Lucia, was spectacular throughout. She met us at the apartment and welcomed us with open arms. It was amazing to be able to relax with a glass of wine in a beautiful living room, open the windows and hear the street musicians serenading crowds below. Such a great way to finish our adventure.
