Stayed Nov 27, 2025We very much enjoyed our stay in Annette’s lovely apartment. It was very well furnished, the beds were comfy and overall it was extremely well equipped. She is an excellent communicator and got back to us very promptly ensuring our needs were met. As an aside, the traffic noise is somewhat relentless for those who have sensitive hearing at night time.

Was able to walk to most anywhere I needed to go. Annette was especially helpful when I had questions. I would highly recommend that guests consider staying here.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024My family and I enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Miraflores. The apartment was exactly as pictured and communication with both the property manager and the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lima, especially if you’re looking for a location close to the ocean with nice views in a safe neighborhood.

Stayed Apr 8, 2024The location, building, and space were beautiful. There is no air conditioning and it was a bit hot in the apartment given the time of year, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment during the day. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for others. Otherwise, we highly recommend this apartment. It was a great home base to explore Lima. The host was responsive and gracious. We enjoyed the apartment and felt safe.

Stayed Aug 14, 20232 Coworkers and I stayed at this property for one week. The property was in perfect shape and was very clean. It has terrific views of the city and bay. Just a few minutes walk from everything you might need for your stay. I would recommend this property, and I look forward to returning. The owner and property manager responded to every question, and we were very helpful.
