Stunning 3BR/3BA w. Parking, Gym, steps to King St

Loved the porch and access to King Street and local restaurants.

The property was a great location. You do need to be comfortable with stairs but the place was clean and well supplied. There was only 1 hairdryer and one of the bathrooms was very tiny. The beauty is that there is a bathroom for each bedroom. That’s a plus. The “host” responded very quickly to every inquiry. The property was clean and parking was great.

The living room and kitchen area were nice. Great place to gather. Kitchen had everything we needed.Location is about 2-1/2 blocks from King Street, and there is a wonderful Bagel shop on the way.Host was wonderful! I had several questions and they were very prompt in replying. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Parking is great..we had two dedicated spaces.A few things future guests might want to consider. The king bedroom is very small. There is barely enough room to walk around the bed. As a result, there is no room to have the suitcase rack in the room. We had to keep our suitcase, decorative pillows from the bed, etc in the living room. The bathroom for the king room is across the hall and it is very small. It has a nice shower, but the sink counter is tiny. There is not even enough room for a Kleenex box. The storage is under the counter.If these things don”t bother you, this is definitely a good place to stay.

This property was wonderful for our party of 5. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Centrally located wnd close to lots of good dining places. Right across the street from a great bakery - almost too close! The porch (with requisite blue ceiling) was a great place to chill after a day of sightseeing. Parking was off the street and plentiful. A great place to use as a base to visit old Charleston.

Adorable place with plenty of parking. Clean, cute and comfortable. Near tons of great restaurants and breakfast spots. Shopping just a stroll away as well. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Inns is in a quiet neighborhood outside of the old city. The condo is really cute and well equipped. The beds are comfy and it was nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our group. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful. You will not be disappointed if you chose to stay here.

Very comfortable beds and place was very clean. The location is ideal for walking all along King St & the historical downtown. The common areas are well appointed and comfotable, but not a lot of room for 6 plus a child.

Kitchen had everything we needed.

The kitchen had the basic dishes and pans for six people. Everything was very clean and sitting on the porch with friends was great

We were VERY pleased with the property and the entire rental process. The apartment was perfect for our quick outing. It was close to the Charleston activities, and the surrounding area was charming with several eating places within walking distance.

Property was great and photos and description matched the online info. The interior was perfect, very clean with updated appliances and comfortable furniture and beds and the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was that access to parking at the rear of the building is tight and can be difficult with a larger vehicle (full size SUV or Pickup) especially if the other units are occupied.

We enjoyed our stay at your place. Very convenient, clean, fully equipped and comfortable. We will be back.

Location is perfect!!!! Clean and comfy with a great porch! Toasty in the summer but they provide several extra fans. A few things missing in the kitchen but host provided and was very responsive. Sleeps 6 not 8. That would be my only complaint if you think you have room for 2 more you don’t. We will definitely book again!

It was beautifully decorated and updated! Clean and close to downtown Charleston. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Stayed here for a girl’s trip and the location was ideal! You can walk to several restaurants and to King street! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quieter location that is still very ideal for the hotspot locations.

Stayed one night in Charleston. This was a lovely 2nd floor apartment. Everything exactly as described. Safe parking and safe neighborhood. Loved the porch...sitting and chatting on a lovely evening.

We loved the house. Ample space for everyone in a safe neighborhood. The porch was awesome; there was a cute bakery across the street, yummy bagel shop down the block, and King was only 5-7 min walk. Each room had a fan and tv which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again. Management was easy to get ahold of if needed.

Found this lovely property last minute as we journey south to Florida. Great location! We will definitely return for a longer trip. Thank you.

Great place to stay and relax in Charleston. Walking distance to King Street so you don't have to mess with parking. It was also very quiet.I'll being staying here again when I return to Charleston.

It was very charming and lovely decor. We loved that there were three rooms and three full baths. So nice to sit on the porch. It was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. A decent walk or Uber to some sites. Great bagel place in the neighborhood - Holey City Bagels. Highly recommend this rental.

Plenty of room for everyone and right by lots of places to eat/drink.

Right in the middle of beautiful Charleston. Could walk to many places or take a quick drive to get downtown. Lovely neighborhood. Enjoyed bagels at a quaint shop across the street and a soup and salad place calls Ladles a few houses away. Unit had everything we needed.

This property was perfect for our small group of girls who all wanted to stay downtown to celebrate a birthday. It's located very close to all the fun spots and in a safe area with a nice parking lot. Communication with the management company was wonderful, the space was very clean, and check-in/out process was super easy. We will be back!

All in all a great stay at Cannon 60B. Nothing negative to say. VERY impressed with the management team
