We consider the main features of our luxury property to be its unusually large size for a 1 bedroom apartment, the large south facing wrap-around terrace and due to its position within the complex there is no apartment above. Spirit of Mojacar is perfectly located just a few minutes from the long, white, sandy beach, with a very wide choice of bars and restaurants (including the numerous Chiringuitos - beach bars).There are numerous supermarkets within easy reach. All of these facilities areon your doorstep. There is no need for a car! Also the buses running along the front are frequent and the bus stops are a 5 minute walk away only!
This area has just been voted the number one place to live in the world for quality of life, by the Telegraph newspaper - this says it all! All the costs are included in the rent (electricity, water, linnen, cleaning, english channels on TV).

    Easy to book. Apartment was large, clean, spacious, air conditioning and very well equipped. The double bed was very comfortable. WiFi and UK tv channels (Spanish tv too). Parking was easy. Apartment is set within a small key access community. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance as is the beach. Pool was set in beautiful well kept gardens. The owner of the apartment had thought of everything to make our stay a pleasant one. Even a bottle of wine on arrival. Apartment Highly recommended

    This is a lovely apartment. We loved the dual aspect terrace and the interior is light and bright, especially compared to other properties which we went inside. It is spacious and well equipped with pleasant décor. The complex is well maintained and the pool and pool area are lovely. However, we did not like the access to the accommodation via a long, gloomy corridor, with a series of light switches, rather than motion sensitive lighting. It's in a good location, within walking distance of the beach and a selection of bars and restaurants.......but you need to be fit to cope with the hill. There are some small supermarkets within walking distance but you would need a car to get to a major supermarket.

    Lovely apartment in a nice peaceful setting with a spotlessly clean pool and garden area. Just a short walk to beach and bars etc. Everything we needed in the apartment for a very enjoyable stay we will be returning!

    This was our second visit to this apartment. We find it to be very comfortable and well equipped for 2 people although it can sleep 4 if you use a sofa bed in the living area. The terrace gets sunshine virtually all day and appears not to be overlooked. The swimming pool is lovely but unfortunately it seemed that there were no umbrellas around the pool area this year. The apartment is very convenient for the beach and numerous restaurants and bars. On the whole the complex seems quite quiet, but this year there did seem to be several dogs barking in other apartments. Those are our only criticisms - we had everything we needed and would go back again if we were to go to Mojacar playa again!

    Thank you so much Michel for the use of your great apartment... Certainly enjoyed all the new additions - it is now even more practical and comfortable than on our last visit! It has everything anyone could need. We love the location - no road noise - just the tweeting of birds and the sound of the grasshoppers! Looking forward to staying there again in November.

    We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. The wrap-around balcony really did it for us... Even in November the Balcony has sun all day! It has everything you could need and was Beautifully Peaceful during our stay. Communications were good with both with the owners and caretaker. Can definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning again in March 2016 Please to say that our comments to the owners about possible improvements in the facilities are being acted upon... what more can one ask for!

    The apartment is in an elevated location walkable from the seafront of Mojacar. It is clean and well looked after with all the facilities we needed. Spacious for two people and comfortable for four. The balcony wraps around the apartment and has a sunny aspect overlooking the excellently maintained gardens and the hills. A walk down the hill brings you to the seafront with many good bars and restaurants catering for various tastes. Dealing with the owner was easy and the local contact is very efficient. Plenty of Spanish towns (including the pueblo) within 30 mins drive of the apartment which has underground parking within 25 metres of the front door.

    We enjoyed our stay very much. Isabelle met us and took us to the apartment. We have been going to Mojacar for 16 years and did not know this complex existed. Apartment was perfect for our stay with the great wrap around terrace. We loved the gardens and beautiful pool with lifeguard and security entrance. The complex's security gave us peace of mind. Felipe San Barnabe restaurant/cafe on the playa just down from bowling is well worth a visit with Menu del Dia/Noche 12 euros - excellent food and good service. Imperial Palace Thai Restaurant opposite Levante Beach Cafe serves excellent food at reasonable prices. All in all a great holiday and would certainly use the apartment again and recommend to friends. The Pueblo of course is an experience not to miss.
