Stunning 1 Bedroom near Short North

Cute apartment. Easy to Uber. Close to everything. Never received parking pass. Pull out couch had no sheets or blankets and none provided anywhere in the apartment.

Very clean and very nice. Parking and noise from the road were only downfall

The parking could be a bit of a pain due to previous tennants not leaving the parking pass like they should or from others double parking and taking up more space in an already limited parking area. But everything else was decent enough and the hosts were nice and helped with anything we needed.

Good: place was clean, good location central to short north and Campus, comfortable bed. Bad: 5th Ave is a busy street and the bedroom is right next to it. We were there for a OSU parent weekend and football game. Weather was beautiful. All of this meant the traffic and groups of people walking by on 5th didn’t stop until roughly 3am. I know this because I watched the clock until then. I’m assuming off weekends are not that bad.

Location was AMAZING!! Such a nice place to stay. Definitely will book again.

Bryden was very accommodating and communicated excellently from the time of booking through the end of our stay. The apartment was amazing; Super clean, everything was incredibly nice, decorated nicely, and had anything and everything we could have needed during our stay-down to the spices! It’s very close to anything you may need/want in the area, with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, fun places, and stores all less than a mile away! I highly recommend this property to anyone in the Columbus area and will definitely be a returning guest during my next stay in Columbus!

The immediate property/bldg looked like a vacant crack den. The bed is located at the front door. the pictures in the post, as well as the text of the post are misleading at best. Upon entering the first time i was appauled. contacted manager and offered to forfeit two nights stay as long as they refund the other half to me. that seemed very fair. POSTING IS A GROSS MISREPRESENTATION OF ACTUAL. THERE SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES WHEN THIS TAKES PLACE. OTHERWISE HARDWORKING PEOPLE GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Property was a great location and stay for our weekend trip. Clean property and great proximity to local businesses.

This is such a cute little apartment. It’s very conveniently located to the vet hospital! The one drawback was the light from a street light shone directly into the foggy window in the bedroom so it was pretty bright in the room at night. Otherwise, great stay!

Overall price and cleanliness of property very good. Parking is terrible, could barely fit into parking lot and parking pass was not there when we arrived. Slept on the pull out couch because the bedroom is so loud from 5th Avenue you an hear everything. Drain in shower was clogged, looks like some DIY repairs have been done with broken end tables, mounts coming out of walls, etc. Not bad for a one night stay for price.

This place was great. Very clean and close to High St. Other reviews mentioned traffic noise so we brought a fan to sleep and the traffic noise did not bother us at all.

I’ve stayed with this host before, they’re great. They really are. Super clean and well stoked. Great property inside my complaints aren’t their fault at all. But.. two things, I drive a big 4wd truck and parking was a nightmare. The other residents abuse the parking lot and rules and leave you with no parking. Street parking is there, but the city removed the temporary option for passes. Not sure why. Also, the area is loud.. that’s the be expected.. but it’s a very old home with very thin walls. I could clearly hear conversions of people on the other side of the street. I’m a very heavy sleeper but I was woken at least 4 times a night. 1 minute walk to short north and awesome location

The space was clean and decorated lovely. It is centrally located - we could even walk to the grocery store in just a few minutes. A couple more essentials in the kitchen would have been helpful - a dish cloth and oven mitts. Very thankful to stay here - would rent again if in the area.

Great place in a great location. Parking provided but can also walk to a lot of the area. Would stay again.

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The owners provided great directions and instructions. A lot to do within walking distance. The only thing I would mention is the neighbors upstairs and neighborhood is noisy late at night. We slept fine through it but if you are sensitive to this type of noise, may be a concern. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay yet the bedroom faces a busy street which is super noisy but as long as you are a heavy sleeper or put on white noise, great place to stay for price.

Wonderful, small, cozy place. Only complaint is traffic noise outside the bedroom, but can be expected with any spots near a busy street.

Had a great experience. apartment was awesome! Would definitely rent again.
