You'll have your own space (including kitchen & laundry) but anything you need is just a phone call away.

You have your own dedicated high speed WiFi service and a nice dining table/desk to work from. Please note: NO smoking allowed on the property, inside or out. If you do want to smoke cigarettes or anything else, please just take a walk around the neighborhood, but remember to bring your butts back with you to toss in the trashcan.
You must be able to navigate stairs as this is a basement unit of our home!

The neighborhood was delightful. I walked my dog twice a day and felt perfectly safe. Lots of others out and about too. Loved this location. Very close to my family we were visiting too

We were settling our child in the college dorms and proximity was excellent. The studio apartment was well appointed and very clean. Suzanne was warm and inviting, attentive with all of our needs and fast to respond when in need.
