Stayed Jan 26, 2026We loved this studio, it was roomy and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck watching the wildlife fly around! There is an owl that lives in a tree near by. Chris is kind and very attentive. We would stay here again!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025We had a great stay here. It was very quiet with beautiful views. The property is beautiful, and the room was very clean. My only complaint is that I couldn’t find the exact shower head she has. We tried searching for it online, but no luck! That thing is awesome!! Chris is a great host, and we were lucky enough to find her rental.I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023The host, Chris, made the check in process extremely easy and the personal welcome was a nice touch. The apartment was very clean and came furnished with everything we needed. The property is beautiful and well maintained, very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara!

Stayed Jul 30, 2023My partner and I were in SB for a work trip, and Chris’ place was exactly what we needed. Check in was a breeze, Chris was super friendly and communicative, and the unit was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling during a particularly hot and humid time, so the AC was much appreciated, and it was so nice to open up the windows and doors in the evening to let the breeze in. The property is gorgeous as well, lots of beautiful flowers and birds around. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you Chris!

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Very clean, quiet and nice place in the foothills of SB a few minutes northeast of downtown/State Street. Owner is very communicative and helpful. I brought in dinner and ate on the patio (no real space to eat inside) two of the 5 nights I was there. Small but efficient fridge, coffee maker (I didn't use it) with a few utensils. With a bad back, I prefer a slightly firmer bed but I did sleep very well as it is very quiet. A/C and air circulator can cool the unit down at night during summer, but it was no better than mid-70s during the day with outside weather in the mid-to-high-80s. Nothing bad to report about this property!!
